Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Be one of the first to enjoy this new construction home with plenty of space for everyone to enjoy. All Stainless steel appliances, large kitchen island with granite countertops, and fully stocked kitchen. Screened in back patio with fire pit.
Orange City is just an hour from Orlando airport, Universal Studios and Disney
Conveniently located close to I-4.
Daytona beach or new Smyrna beach, just 30-45 minutes.
Modern conveniences (Publix, Walmart, Target etc.) just miles away.
Just minutes from Blue Springs state park, where manatees gather in the cooler waters during January & February.
Check out nearby towns DeLand & Sanford , which have some good breweries.
Celery City, Deviant Wolfe, Wops & Hops, Tuffy’s bar, Central 28 brewery, Blue Springs brewery.
Don’t miss Another broken egg in Sanford for breakfast, but make a reservation!
For authentic Mexican try Mi Terria with great specials each day.
Riverfront Pizzareia & Brewery and Blue Springs pizza are two of my favorite spots.
Close access to St John’s River with the St John’s Rivership compamy with the Barbalee lunch & dinner excursion, also you can rent kayaks.
Close to Black Hammack airboat rides.
Note: Lawn care company comes every Friday morning at 7:00 am - 8:00 am.

Just What We Needed

The house and fenced yard were great for my family of 4 and pups. The bumpy dirt road was a little annoying, but we were just there a few days.

Great House in Quiet Neighborhood!

The house was clean and perfect for our stay. Loved the fenced backyard for the dogs. Simple open plan layout with all of the amenities that we could ask for. Neighborhood was quiet and the house provided a nice setting to relax and rest after our busy days. Would definitely stay here again.

Race weekend

We had a wonderful experience staying at this house. It was absolutely spotless when we arrived, and the cleanliness really made a difference in our overall comfort. The home was cozy, well-equipped, and provided everything we needed for a relaxing stay. From the comfy beds to the fully stocked kitchen, it checked all the boxes. The location was ideal, offering both tranquility and convenience. We couldn't have asked for a better place to unwind. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free getaway!

Thanksgiving oasis of calm

A very cute, clean house in a quiet neighborhood. So comfortable and a large fenced backyard our dog enjoyed. The property included just about everything you might need, including the kitchen and laundry room. What a treat to have our own private place after a big family Thanksgiving. Also easy access to groceries and restaurants. We enjoyed oysters at Nice and Easy (5 minute drive) and Garcia’s Mexican (10 minute drive). We would absolutely recommend this property!

Quiet Cozy House

The house was in a very quiet area off highways. Nice yard for pet to run in. Seemed to have extras “things” like hair dryer, shampoo holders in bathroom etc. I recommend it. Close to parks, restaurants, airports.

Nice Place in a Quiet Neighborhood

The owners left us wine as a welcome gift and it was well-received! The home was comfortable and clean, with a nice (fenced) yard for our German Shepherd to run around. The neighborhood is quiet and very calm. You don't see a great many people walking around (except with dogs).

Very good

The house was nice and super cute. Surprised about all of the kitchen things and room for everything. No complaints. Very easy to check in and out. The only thing my friend mentioned was the grass was not cut. Overall very satisfied with our stay

Great Stay

This was a hidden gem in Orange City. Quiet neighborhood, is further back from main road initially as appears and off dirt road; just a heads up. But we didn’t mind cause it was quiet. Clean! Host was responsive, great communication! Thank you! My only recommendation is to have a curtain on the sliders. Also if you get a pool this would even be better; the yard is perfect. Definitely recommend and would stay again.

A Dachshund's Dream and a Vacationer's Delight!

We just returned from a wonderful week at this beautiful 3Br 2Ba home in Orange City, FL, and we can't recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the lovely appointments and cozy feel of the house. It truly felt like a home away from home.We specifically chose this VRBO rental because it was dog-friendly, and it certainly delivered! Our four dachshunds absolutely loved the spacious, fenced-in yard. They had plenty of room to run, play, and sniff to their heart's content. It was such a relief knowing they were safe and secure while we relaxed.Beyond the dog-friendly aspect, the house itself was fantastic. The kitchen was a highlight - well-equipped and perfect for cooking meals, which we definitely took advantage of. Everything was clean and well-maintained.We particularly enjoyed the small back porch and the gas fire pit. It was the perfect spot to unwind in the evenings and soak up the Florida atmosphere. The fire pit was especially appreciated on the cooler nights.Overall, our stay was fantastic. The house was comfortable, well-equipped, and perfectly suited for our needs (especially those of our furry friends!). We'll definitely be keeping this property in mind for future trips to Orange City. Highly recommended!
