This comfortable and well-appointed townhome features 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, providing plenty of space for families and groups.

IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW:
7 nights minimum required in season (Saturday - Saturday rentals only). There is a 3-night minimum during the off season.
Dog friendly with a non-refundabe $250 pet fee.
No Smoking and/or Vaping Allowed
Check-in 4:00pm
Check-out 10:00am SHARP! No exceptions.

Linen, towel, and beach towel package is available for purchase at an additional cost. If you choose not to purchase the package, we kindly ask that you bring your own linens, towels, and beach towels.

Guests are asked to supply their own paper products (i.e. toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, etc.) they may need during their stay. Guest are also to supply their own laundry soap and dryer sheets.

Quiet hours are from 10:00PM to 8:00AM. Excessive noise during these hours are subject to a fine from the HOA.

Strict Minimum Age & Occupancy Policy:
The person making the reservation must be at least 25 years of age, must be a registered guest, and must remain in the property for the entire stay. No exceptions. We do not rent to groups consisting of or organized for guests under 25, including but not limited to Senior Week, prom-related stays, college gatherings, birthday parties, or similar events. Third-party bookings, chaperoned stays, or “drop-off” arrangements are prohibited. Any misrepresentation of age, occupancy, or purpose of stay will result in immediate termination of the reservation without refund and may require guests to vacate the property.

Our cancellation policy states that the processing fee is non-refundable. If the guest cancels, guest will forfeit all monies if the unit is not re-rented. If the unit is re-rented, guest will forfeit 30% of the total rent due.

You will be emailed check-in procedures and your smart lock door code. No need to come to the office to pick up keys, you will go straight to the house at check-in.

Comfortable place. Access to pool is a plus. Appreciated having the high chair for our new grandson. This was our second visit to this location. Would appreciate a larger bed option (King size) in master bedroom.

Nice clean property - fast communication with property manager

Really like the house, it was very clean. Had issues with the dishwasher and the property manager was quick to get a new one, but the installation was done incorrectly and it didn’t work right, but that is not a reflection on the house. My only real complaint is that beds really need to be updated.Great location, a/c worked properly and loved that they had beach chairs for us to use.

Everything was as described. The internet went out a couple of times, but that might have been due to the storms. Trash wasn't picked up weekly, but that didn't change our experience. I communicated this with the property manager, and they said they would look into it.

Wide open lay out with privacy in the bedrooms!

Location was great! And pool was nice with a little library!Great ease for parking.and close to the beach! Pet friendly!!! Nice large table for game playing! Suggestions Better mattresses Lid for rhe food processor..couldnt find it Provide or emphasize need to bring garbage bags A few clothespins would be nice!⁷ Thanks for letting us make some great memories!

Our Stay

To Whom: The condo has an Ant problem! First week we found them on top kitchen table and dinning table! Had ants from under the tv and it appeared they came from 38313! Bought ant traps but didn't appear to attract these type of very, very small ants! Also we had several spiders on first and second floor! Numerous light bulbs burnt out! Entry way, one, main kitchen light, light bottom of stairs to third floor! Need to have an exterminator come in!

Amaganst property

The property was much better than how it had previously been described. It was homey, clean, ample space, 2 outdoor areas- * loved drinking my AM coffee on the porch off the kitchen. There was an abundance of kitchen tools, pots and pans which was great because we love to cook. A blender would have been great though. I had zero complaints at all and would love to stay there again next summer.

Short getaway

The space was perfect for our family of 6. The house could use a few updates including the mattress. The outdoor deck was nice and we were able to use the grill provided for a night in. It seems like some areas are being redecorated, but old broken furniture and pieces are just hidden in the closets. Overall, the house served its purpose and allowed us to get away with the family for end of summer trip.

Ocean view 4 bedroom

House was adequate for our group. The basement room however was not ideal with a leaking AC unit and loud fans to dry out the carpet. Owner was responsive but I had to contact management company several times and there wasn’t always an adequate response. AC was out for more than half of the week but it was fortunately not too hot of a week. House could use some updates

Not super relaxing

We had a lot of parts of our stay out of control of the property owner and management, and we were grateful for the ways they helped make it better. That being said, it wasn’t the most relaxing trip. The pictures are accurate except for the lack of flooring on the bottom level (this was due to an hvac problem that was resolved). There were some bug problems with flies and spiders throughout the house, and as many rentals, it needs a good deep cleaning. Overall, it was a fine trip, but we won’t be returning.

Great week at the beach

The property was pretty clean, had issues with all the electrical plug and switches, nothing worked. Light switches that did not light anything, all the lamps you had to turn on by hand, including bedroom fans. The beds were the biggest disappointment; all of them need to be replaced, they were either too hard (with springs poking) or too soft. The two upstairs bedrooms (not the master) were very small; no place to put your clothes that did not hang.

First time renter. Very bad experience

Never really done this before. But I wanted to do something for a family member that just graduated high school. After seeing the pictures that were posted and the location, I booked this property for a week….we stayed for five days. I got an email saying that the lower bedroom had a leak due to an AC problem. The lower bedroom is where my parents(one of them uses a walker) and myself were staying. As the rest of the house was pretty much okay. The lower bedroom was a disaster! The carpet was completely drenched with water. After two days someone attempted to fix it with no resolve as there was still a leak and the floor was still getting wet to a point that I feared for my dad who has to walk on a wet floor to get into the bathroom and could’ve slipped. The last few days, I noticed a smell coming from the floor. Could’ve been mildew. But that’s when I had to cut the trip short and had to go. Props to the property manager through the whole ordeal. But the owner should’ve known that this property should’ve done something prior of our arrival or sent us somewhere else.

Great location and potential but needs some love

Positives - The townhome was in a great neighborhood and close to the beach. It had access to a salt water pool that was incredibly well maintained, had clean restrooms , ample shade for those who wanted it via a custom cabana and umbrella tables, as well as plenty of lounge chairs. The home itself was also pretty spacious and well layed out, which made coming in and off the beach helpful. The property manager was superb. She was incredibly responsive and communicative even before we arrived as she shared they were actively working on some surprise maintenance issues. She also graciously gave us early check-in after the cleaners were done so that we could store our daughter's insulin before our ice packs melted in the summer heat. Con's - The cleaners clearly weren't cleaning/replacing the bathroom shower curtains as they were EXTREMELY moldy - bright pink mold all over two of the three of them. We ended up replacing them Day 1. Additionally, the mattresses were in really bad shape and lacked consistent protectors. The 3rd fl master was listed as a queen but was a full and the sleep sofa on 1st fl was at a 45 degree angle, and my small mother fell through the mattress. By Wed. we were counting down to returning home to our beds. The TVs were also really difficult to watch because they were too small for their rooms, which was disappointing when we wanted to watch a movie once the kids were asleep or from bed. They caused headaches. Lastly, the deck sliding door didn't lock.

Good location!

Nice quiet neighborhood. We thoroughly enjoyed the neighborhood pool. The unit was nice, but could use some upgrades. There appeared to be pet urine on the basement carpet, but the unit is pet friendly making that a plus! The mattresses could definitely be replaced as some were well worn and at least one had some significant staining. Overall, great location and not a bad unit!

We loved the townhome! So close to the beach and the pool! In a good spot to be a short drive to shopping areas.
