This beautiful new Listing at 110 Montigo Ave in the heart of Seagrove beach.... is available for the season and ready to welcome your family. Enjoy easy access to some of 30A`s best amenities.. Step just across the road and you`ll find a hidden spot... deeded beach access just for Montigo guest to enjoy! Another access just a few yards away offers showers, ramp access and parking for convenience. A few days at this little cottage and you`ll be ready to rebook this one year after year.

* A starter set of toiletries and products are provided when you arrive. this includes 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, shampooo, conditioner and bath soap along with 1 roll of paper towels, kitchen towels, a sponge, dish soap, a few detergent pods and laundry pods just to help you get settled.



RESERVATION NOTES:



A signed RENTAL AGREEMENT Is REQUIRED FOR ALL RESERVATIONS and will be shared at the time of Booking



LIMIT 2 Pets per reservation with additional pet fees unless approved otherwise



Accidental damage protection is included with reservation



Cancel Policy allows for cancellations outside of 30 days to receive a full refund minus a $150 processing fee



Many of the communities along 30A are continuing to expand, so more travelers can come and enjoy all 30A has to offer. Unfortunately, a side effect of this growth is construction and all the things that come along with it, such as noise, road blocks, etc. We understand this can be inconvenient for our guests, which is why we have chosen to make all possible guests aware of the possibility of this during their vacation. As construction is outside of our control, we are not able to offer discounts or compensation for any noise complaints, road blockades, etc. during a guest`s stay. Perfect Beach Vacation

This house was home for 4 nights with my family. We loved the location to everything including easy access to a perfect beach. The golf cart was fun to get around town, and bikes were a blast. We loved sitting outside on backyard porch listening to the frogs at night. The beds were super comfy and linens all fluffy and high end! Loved our stay!

Blue Sky Cottage

Blue Sky Cottage had everything we needed and is pet friendly! Amazing location with a 5 minute walk to a private beach. Many other sections of the beach were very crowded but the deeded beach access gave us plenty of space for the provided chairs and umbrella. Loved swimming in the pool. We also enjoyed riding the included bikes to Seaside and the golf cart was fun for exploring and shopping. Cozy linens and large beds a plus too.

An amazing house with an amazing location

This was an amazing place for my family and I to stay at for a week. Very clean and cozy home with an awesome private pool. Great location as we we within a short walking distance to the beach and several restaurants. We will definitely stay here again!

First VRBO experience

My first experience with VRBO was great. The owner was resposive. We were in the perfect location to walk to the beach or jump in the golf cart to enjoy Seaside restaurants and shops. I definitely recommend this property jump in the gold

Great home with everything you need for an awesome beach vacation. Great location, close to the beach with all the beach neccessities included. The pool is wonderful and the home was very cozy and inviting and management was very responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

Awesome beach house and great location!

We really enjoyed our stay at SeaGroove! Simple check In and the house was so cute and accommodated our family really well. Perfect location to the beach and the pool area and screened porch were our favorite! Quiet street and short distance to everything. We can’t wait to visit again!

Great beach cottage, close to beach!

We loved our stay at SeaGroove! It’s a close 5 minute walk to the beach, private backyard, and such a cute cottage! There is a beach wagon, beach toys, towels, chairs, umbrellas, and floats in the shed, which was so nice for our family! We had a wonderful stay!

Nice getaway!

Nice property! We really enjoyed the past few days here! Having our own pool and the location, very quiet, with quick access to the beach, including the beach chairs , umbrellas and bicycles, made it all worth it!

Summer vacation

We loved this house! It was very clean, spacious, and the kids loved the pool. Everything was cozy, and the quality of the towels and linens were wonderful. Easy walk to the beach, and the provided wagon/chairs/umbrellas were a huge bonus to have available. Excellent communication with the host- we would absolutely return!

Relaxing getaway

Lovely, quiet spot steps from the beach. We had a relaxing few days in the Seagrove beach house. We look forward to returning soon. The owners were prompt to respond to any questions we had about the property and they left a list of places to go/see.

Great Getaway Around Family Wedding

If you want to stay in a quiet location in a nice house with a tranquil backyard oasis, this is your place. You don’t find many pet-friendly locations for big dogs. The Blue Sky Cottage crew were great at communicating before, during, and after the stay. I’ve never had such great hosts in anywhere I’ve stayed over the last 28 years as an adult. I will definitely book again!
