Charming three bedroom, one bath house located in the heart of downtown Salida. This is the perfect home base for all your outdoor adventuring! Enjoy our large deck, fully fenced back yard, shed for your gear, and fire pit to enjoy as well. We have two home office areas, upstairs is a fully ergonomic workstation with an adjustable height desk and ergonomic task chair, downstairs is a second desk set up (non-adjustable antique desk).

We are easy going people, who enjoy relaxed travel and simple accommodations. We spend a lot of time outside and love to have an outdoor space to gather in. We enjoy hiking, biking, skiing, yoga, gardening, and cooking. We hope our properties reflect these values and that you find joy in what our spaces offer! I am an extrovert - love meeting new people, and I truly enjoy being a VRBO host, helping guests enjoy their time in the towns I love so much. I hope you find our homes comfortable and accommodating to you and your loved ones!

Our location can't be beat! We are completely walkable to everything downtown including grocery stores. You can watch fireworks from our backyard and walk 1/2 a block to the river, mountain bike trails, and festivals in the park. Our home is as close to the downtown district as you can be.

Our goal is to provide comfortable and unique spaces that accommodate families and groups of friends. Our home in Salida truly is our second home and not just an investment property, so we strive to make it feel homey and unique. We aim to provide all the basics and then some for cooking and baking, a few extra bathroom necessities and also want the dogs to feel comfortable with treats and toys. Our fully fenced in backyard is something that's hard to find in a vacation rental.
