Thermostat cannot be lowered below 70 degrees.
The AC system is controlled with sensors on the doors and windows. Should you leave a door/window open for more than a few minutes the AC will turn off. Once the door/window is closed it will take a few minutes for the system to reset. Frequent openings and closures will delay the reset time until conditions are stabilized. If you are experiencing a rise in the inside temperature, simply make sure all doors/window are closed and wait for the AC to resume normal operation.

Loved the condo we stayed in. It was beautiful! I loved the way it was decorated, it was the perfect size for my little family. We had everything we needed during our stay! The view was worth every penny.

Very cute and cozy place with million dollar view! Elevator can be very slow but it is busy season and this resort has 30 floors. Had a blast!!

Amazing view!

My family really enjoyed our stay at this property. It is a very large building so it is very busy and you do have to wait for the elevators. Other than that the view was great and we enjoyed the complementary beach chairs and umbrella.

Beautiful view

We are so thankful we booked this condo! The views from the condo were absolutely beautiful. We spent a lot of time on the balcony. We also loved waking up from the master bedroom with views of the gulf. I have zero complaints. I had read previous reviews complaining about elevator waits but we had no issues with this. I think the longest waited on an elevator was maybe 90 seconds.

The condo itself was as pictured ... neat and clean. The gulf view was excellent. The road construction out front made it somewhat hard to get around. Walking to Pier Park as a result of the construction and lack of side walks was not good. We stayed for 3 weeks in Feb, at the beginning had a couple of maintenance issues with showers and hot water. Communication with property manger could have been better. Over all we enjoyed our stay.

Great Vacation

Condo was very clean and looked just as nice as it did in the pictures. We loved the beautiful views every morning and evening. Beach chair service was great. I would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the perfect condo for a family of 4. It matches the feel from the pictures. Enough room for kids to sleep and parents to have some privacy. Wonderful balcony and love availability of beachchairs. We stayed in September and there was little wait for elevators which was nice. This may be more challenging in summer months. Overall, perfect we will be back!

Beautiful Beach Front Condo💙

A beautiful condo with amazing views and nice property amenities! It was very clean and the property managers were great to work with. We also loved that the unit has a washer and dryer! We enjoyed our stay!

Was so looking forward to this stay and it was ruined by the condo !

The location is obviously great (oceanfront) , but that’s about where it ends. Upon arrival we found our condo to be noticeably dirty. The sheets were visibly stained along with the towels. Towels at which we were shorted how many were assigned to our room. We checked all the rooms and found a cup on the bunk bed ladder filled with a suspicious purples substance. I messaged fourstarcondos who the rental is through land they just sent me to the housekeeping person and wanted me to coordinate a time when I could get sheets from them, which I was not willing to do on a trip we paid a lot of money for. I was not rearranging our planned days for an issue they had caused. We opted for purchasing our own sheets and comforter to use from the local Walmart. So and overpriced dirty condo is what we got . Also the remotes to the fan and lights in bedroom and living room had no batteries so we bought those at Walmart too. To top it all off the rugs in the bedroom are not secured down with any kind of nonslip tape . My partner had a terrible fall because the rug slipped as he was trying to get out of bed and he ended up really hurting his knee. I have stayed in PCB often and this is the worst experiences we’ve had. The really frustrating part is there was no accountability taken by fourstarcondos but they were happy to charge us for an extremely overpriced below average experience.We will not be returning to this condo and suggest that you look elsewhere too.

Anniversary Getaway.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We decided to take a last-minute weekend getaway for our 19th anniversary. We knew we wanted an available beachfront then and landed on Tidewater 1909. sometimes, the last-minute plans are the best, which was definitely the case for this trip. From the start, we booked and left a few hours later for our long journey to PCB. We have never booked a condo, so it was an all-around new experience. The management team was great, reaching out through email and text to ensure we had all the documents completed before our arrival to make things as smooth as possible, even when I goofed up some of the paperwork and needed to resign a few items. They did a great job of explaining what was needed and with a quick response. The 1909 condo was great, from the decor to the amenities and the view. There is an excellent instruction manual that gives you quick tips and directions. We could not have asked for a better place to stay. All you need to do outside the beach is go down the road, go shopping, go to restaurants, and go to the pier. They also provide several coupon books and suggested activities in the area. Nothing beats waking up in the morning and enjoying coffee, watching the sea life swim by before beachgoers arrive. This condo is the perfect location for a great aerial view. We saw a manta ray, a cownose ray, dolphins, and a sea turtle.As for the Tidewater Resort as a whole, we had great experiences. I know the condo and its management company have zero control over the staff and facilities outside the unit, but it's worth discussing. The brief interactions with the maintenance staff in passing, the front desk staff, and the elevator staff were great hospitality. Some visitors may complain about the elevator waits, but our experience could not have been better overall. During peak times, when the elevator is in heavy use, they would staff it with a team member to control it for quicker transit. When booking a condo in a resort building with over 30 floors, unde

2024 Beach Trip

We enjoyed our stay at Tidewater 1909. We can there to celebrate our 42nd wedding anniversary! We have no complaints about the condo. The Condo was clean and is in a great location! We will stay again for sure!

Needless to say I wouldn't even let my kids sleep on them. Thank goodness for the pull out couch. The beach chair service was very nice and the extra beach chairs and cart came in very handy. Overall it was a great stay. The only major downfall is the elevator situation.

The condo was very nice but I would never stay there again due to the elevator situation. The staff was very helpful with the elevators but it was still a nightmare. We did love the snow cones at the pool.
