Beautiful condo with a strategic location in the heart of Playa del Carmen — planning your stay will be incredibly easy!
Enjoy an exceptional accommodation on Calle 38 Norte, just a few steps from the famous Fifth Avenue and only steps from the stunning beach with its breathtaking turquoise tones.
Right outside the building, you’ll also find delicious restaurants, considered some of the best in the area, offering a truly unique culinary experience.
THE SPACE:
A beautiful apartment perfect for an amazing stay, featuring a terrace that overlooks a charming, tree-lined street. It’s a place we truly love — one of the most beautiful you’ll find in Playa del Carmen.
ELECTRICITY CONSUMPTION LIMIT:
Electricity usage is limited to 15 KVA per day, which can be checked on the meter located at the exit of the parking area. Any usage above this limit will incur an additional charge.
Free washer and dryer inside the condo.
Free Wi-Fi
Internet Provider: Telmex 200MB download, 20MB upload.
FREE parking (MUST let us know at least 3 days before your arrival if you will need a parking spot)
Pack-n-play available by request.

The apartment is close to restaurants and the main tourist area, so the noise level is moderate — perfect for those who enjoy being in the heart of the action!
Guests are encouraged to keep electric switches (stove, refrigerator) off so that electricity consumption is not raised if you do not use these kitchen appliances.
