Okay experience

It wasn't the room we thought we were getting (different photos which are misleading). It wasn't child friendly as my Son could get his hands on everything and we had to keep him in a highchair the majority of the time we were in the room to make sure he didn't hurt himself. The bathroom smelt of sewage and the toilet had a heavy flow leak (rectified by the owner but needs a more permanent fix as he said the pipes lose). A lot of noisy cars with loud exhausts throughout the night as we were facing the road. No ocean view as stated when booking. A lot of stairs (not ideal with a small child and lots of bags) should have been stated on the booking. You aren't allowed to smoke outside on the property which is unusual and we were not told of this, a woman in another apartment rudely told us we were not allowed to smoke outside. It was a nice enough area and close to all amenities which was good. Overall, we wouldn't stay here again.

Clean and well lay out room. Allocated slightly different room to listing booked but still well suited to needs. Short walk to beach, pubs and entertainment as well as railway links.

We offer holidays or short/long term breaks being an ideal location for exploring the beautiful English Riviera and Dartmoor. Ocean Bay Holiday Apartments are in the heart of the English Riviera, one of the UK’s most popular holiday destinations. We are well located for public transport, both bus and train within 500 yards. There are a range of outdoor activities within walking distance : Splashdown Quaywest largest outdoor water park in the UK, the site has 8 water slides, small splash pools for youngsters and outdoor pool /paddle boarding/kayaking and sea swimming. Young’s Park with a wildfowl conservation area/ Geo play park and Victoria Park.
