Short walk to the sand. Cozy condo. Spacious, clean, QUIET end unit. 3 br/2ba.
2 KING beds & full/twin bunk room with trundle underneath. PACK & PLAY Full kitchen for preparing meals & plenty of seating for reconnecting and game nights or teleworking. Private screened patio to ponder your days of fun either after exploring the shops of Seaside or spending a sunny day at the beach. Beach buggy, chairs, & umbrella are provided. Quiet community pool is just across parking lot & backs up to a pond. Bike rentals w/in walking distance as well as golf carts. Golf cart charging stations are available in parking lot. Plenty of restaurant options are close. Seaside & Rosemary Beach are just a bike ride away. The Big Chill is 3 miles from the family friendly development. Public beach access is 5 minute walk & right beside Tom Thumb. Igloo cooler is in the condo for your use to cut down on packing, and loading up at TT makes the walk to the sand easier. Beach towels provided as well.

Hi. I'm Jodie Giardino. I'm excited to share my home away from home with others who love the beach like I do. My husband & I have been fortunate enough to spend lots of time doing what I call "beach research" all over Florida's beaches. When we came to spend time with friends in Seagrove, we knew right away this is where we wanted to have a vacation home.

We enjoy the laid back lifestyle and the "walkability" of this area. Seaside Square is one of our favorite places, as it holds so much for so many to enjoy. We chose this property because it is in a quiet development a short walk away from the beach, so we are able to work in a little exercise before relaxing on the sand when we visit. We also enjoy the privacy with wooded views, and the fact that it is an end unit on the 2nd floor makes it convenient and "low traffic".
この宿泊施設の特徴
We love having the option to spend a night on the screened patio that overlooks Point Washington State Park after a relaxing day on the beach & on a rainy day. (Rainy day at the beach is better than.....) The parks close by have TONS of great walking and biking trails for when we are feeling a little more active. We are just outside of the busy scenes of Seaside and Watercolor, but just close enough to enjoy them as well as the Grayton, The Big Chill, and Watersound areas.
