Owner Managed! Beautiful, peaceful, and spacious 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath condo located at Seagrove Beach - 1 mile from the center of Seaside Square. Bike and golf cart rentals are nearby. Golf cart charging station is onsite. Perfect family setting! Condo is in a mid-rise building located closest to the pool with easy beach access across the street. The screened porch overlooks Point Washington State Forest and is a great place to listen to the sounds of wildlife while enjoying morning coffee or evening cocktails.

Couples Trip

We recently stayed here for a couple's trip! We had two couples, and the condo was perfect for us. Debra was so easy to communicate with and super helpful sharing events in the area and resturants. The condo was very clean and everything was as described. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Very nice place to stay near Seaside

Condo was beautifully decorated, spacious, and clean. Debra, the owner, was very helpful and gave us many suggestions for places to eat, shop, and things to do. Great location in close proximity to Seaside, the beach, and a things to do.

Perfect for families

We enjoyed our stay so much! My kids felt so comfortable at this condo. It was about a 7 minute walk to the beach (with little kids in tow) the location is great! And the condo comes stocked with everything we needed to have a comfortable stay. There is a grocery store close by to do our shopping. It was very easy contact with Debra, and she responded quickly to any needs we had. It was so nice that they had a beach tent and sand toys for my kids to use so we didn't have to bring them! It was such a great experience overall! We will plan on staying there again in the future!

A perfect vacation home

We had such a wonderful week staying at Debra’s Santa Rosa condo. Before we even got down there, she was available to answer questions and give recommendations. She was quick with her responses and gave so much attention to detail. We used the golf cart recommendation that Debra gave us. He gave us $100 off for mentioning her name and delivered/picked up around our check in/out times. This condo has everything you would ever need! Debra has an owners closet filled with beach chairs, cabana, and all the beach toys need for kids and teens. All we needed was our own towels and everything else was taken care of. We drove the golf cart to Santa Clara beach which was only a few minutes. Parking tickets are $100 so even if others are parked not in a spot, don’t follow along! Debra also has the condo stocked with games and books for kids. The property was clean and beautiful. We enjoyed the pool and turtle pond. Everyone we came in contact with was friendly and welcoming! Overall, you will love everything about this place and the location. We will for sure be back!!

Great stay

The place was remarkably quiet considering it was a condo. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. We took full advantage of the balcony every morning with our coffee. The only downside is the new beach rules which only gives you approx 200 ft of beach at the closest public beach access. People get there early to set up their areas so keep that in mind.

Peaceful Retreat

Having rented other Highland units, we felt this was the most comfortable setting we have stayed at. Contact with Debra was easy during our stay, which was also appreciated.

Amazing stay!!

We had the best vacation. Debra was the best hostess and so helpful with everything. The condo was clean, well-stocked and adorable. The location was great - near a nice public beach access with parking and centrally located for easy access to all the adorable towns on 30A. Highly recommend!

Fabulous Fall Break

We loved our stay at Seagrove Highlands #2304. The owner was so helpful, with resources, and making sure we had everything that we needed during our stay. She even brought me a large pot for my seafood boil. I highly recommend getting a bike. Bikes were perfect for moving around the community, and the weather was beautiful in October. We were even able to get in the ocean, but it took a minute to get used to the slight chill. I was very pleased with out location, and the unit itself was immaculate. The beds are extremely comfortable.

Absolutely perfect!

Our family has been renting VRBO’s for years, and Debra is a 5 star top notch host! She was incredible with information, communication and even let us check in early as her unit was already cleaned and ready to go. The condo is beautifully decorated, a well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and came with a supply closet full of beach chairs, floats and boogie boards. We could easily walk down the street to the beach access, usually took about 5 minutes. We highly recommend renting this unit with Debra!

Great location ! Rented bikes which is a must so you can bike along 30A. Our host Debra went above and beyond to make sure we we were well cared for !

Vacation Paradise!!

Owners are super friendly and very helpful. My husband, 3 year old and great friends stayed at this amazing condo. I was texting with the owner and she agreed that I could prop my son in the bunk beds and he could sleep in a big boy bed for the 1st time. Rooms were very spacious, living spaces were large and we loved the master suite. Additionally, they had a great closet with beach toys and floats and I cannot wait to go back!! The pool was large and everything was 1st Rate!! We even baked cupcakes in the kitchen!! Thank you Deborah!!

Beautiful condo for young families in Seagrove

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely condo in Seagrove Beach. It was clean and well equipped with all the comforts of home. They had plenty of fun stuff for kids (board games, books, and even a couple of stuffed animals in the bunk room) which was a nice surprise. The community pool was beautiful and the walk to the beach was short enough for even our preschooler to handle. Very friendly and communicative host. We definitely would stay here again!

Girls Trip

I took my daughter and 5 teenage girls to the beach. The condo had everything you needed and was in a great location. The beach was AWESOME and a short distance away. We rented bikes and a golf cart! I can’t wait to return and I will definitely stay here again. Mrs. Debra was AWESOME to work with!

The Best Vacation Ever

Don't wait to book this amazing property, you will be so happy you did. Our family of 4 with two teenagers and a friend enjoyed our week here. We have stayed on 30A 7 times and this property was our favorite. The location was perfect, close to a gas station, the beach, and restaurants. We did rent a golf cart for the week which made it super easy to get our things to the beach! Debra was amazing to work with and her property was pristine and perfect for us. Her kitchen had everything we needed to cook breakfast and to have a Seafood Boil. She even has a crockpot which we would totally keep in mind for next time. We brought chairs, umbrellas and beach toys but you do not have to. Debra has thought of everything and has a full closet full of necessities! Thank again Debra for making our trip memorable, we will be back!

Most well appointed condo we’ve ever had!

This place and its owner Ms Debra were wonderful! It was a quiet location. We had absolutely everything we needed and plenty of space. My kids loved the bunk room with stuffed animals and books for them. I liked the screened porch out back because I knew no one could fall out (haha). Being nearby Seaside was great too. We would stay again!

Debra’s condo was perfect!

Beautiful condo. When we were in the condo the screened in porch overlooking a wooded area was our favorite place to be. Also enjoyed the community pool. Very clean & so refreshing! Also enjoyed feeding the turtles in the pond behind the pool. The distance to the beach was doable. We walked it at least everyday. Santa Rosa Beaches are breathtaking! Awesome vacation location!!

Loved it!

Our family of 5 loved staying here! The condo was spacious, super clean and well decorated. The mattress was amazing, we slept so well. We were thankful for the large pool. The beach had double red flags most days so we spent a lot of time in the pool! The distance to Seaside by golf cart was only a few minutes and we found a nice public beach parking just around the corner. The neighborhood was quiet mostly. Communication by text with Deb was easy. We can’t wait to go back, we’d definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay on 30A

The owner was very communicative and checked in with us to make sure we didn’t have any needs during our stay. The condo is beautiful and well maintained. It felt like we were special guests in her home. Beautifully decorated, spacious, and lots of conveniences that made our stay even better. The screened in porch was really nice too. There were board games, sand toys, and beach chairs that we were able to use too. Great location in a very nice complex. We definitely plan to stay again when we come back down.

Clean, comfortable & enjoyable

We really enjoyed our stay! The beds were the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in! The condo & the grounds were very clean, and decorated well. The master bedroom/bathroom is spacious, & we loved the screened-in balcony. The walk to the beach seemed a little further than we expected & there is not a sidewalk for part of the walk; however the part where you had to walk on the road was at least not a busy road. Be prepared for the stairs at the end of the boardwalk at the closest ramp! We were not expecting that; however, there is another relatively close beach access with a ramp. With very little kids, we would have to drive to that one though; however with older kids or no kids, it would be an easy bike ride. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful stay at the beach

I can’t speak highly enough of the communication and attention to detail in booking this property. Debra is so great to work with and goes above and beyond to ensure your vacation is everything you hope it will be. Beautiful home, quick walk to the beach, and lots of memories made. We focus on cleanliness and comfort (top-end mattresses) to ensure that our guests will want to return to our Seagrove condo year after year. There is no comparison to the Florida Panhandle’s sugar-sand beaches and sparking blue water of the gulf!

The location is perfect between Seaside and Alys Beach on beautiful 30A. Watercolor, Seacrest, Inlet, Rosemary, Grayton, and Blue Mountain beaches are also nearby. There is so much to do and see besides enjoying the gorgeous beaches. Timpoochee Trail, Edens Garden State Park, and Cerulean Park are just a few places to explore. Of course there are plenty of shops available for endless shopping. Silver Sands Premium Outlets in Destin is a short drive away. The various restaurants in the 30-A area are world-class offering lots of choices. Many offer outdoor dining with beautiful beach views. Bike and golf cart rentals are also nearby. And a charging station is available at the condo!
