Step into a bright, open-concept coastal home designed for easy beach living. The space is perfect for families and provides a comfortable retreat after a day in the sun.

Other Details:
- For Families: A high chair and a Pack 'n Play are available in the home for your use when traveling with little ones.
- Community Amenities: The community pool and hot tub are shared amenities and are professionally maintained on a regular schedule.
- Security: For your safety and security, an exterior doorbell camera is present at the front entrance. There are no cameras inside the property.
- Pet-friendly home. Free parking in the driveway for up to 2 vehicles. The neighborhood is quiet and residential, please be mindful of noise, especially after 10 PM.

This property was excellent! If you're looking for a central spot among the communities along the 30A, this is a great option. The nightly rate is lower than staying in Seaside or Rosemary, but you're a very short drive to Seaside, which is where my teenagers wanted to be. Staying in Seagrove made our trip more doable so we'd have extra spending money. The townhouse is about a 10 minute walk to the beach. We did that several times, and it was fine. However, when we got tired of trekking our stuff, we found a tiny parking lot with showers right at the public beach entry at the end of the road that leads from the townhouse to the beach. So I would drop off my teenagers with all of our beach gear at that parking lot, then park my car and walk back. This was very easy and a great solution when we didn't feel like walking with all our gear.

Wonderful Vacation!

We had a wonderful time with our grandson. The location is a short walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The pool was very relaxing. Villa was a perfect size, and we had everything we needed. Owner was very responsive to any Que. will definitely return!

Great family spring break trip

Our family loved staying at this beach bungalow. It's in a great location - just a short walk to the beach and restaurants. Super responsive hosts. Home was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. We loved riding bikes to Seaside for lunch each day. We will definitely be back!

Very clean and convenient

My family of 4 loved this little bungalow during our stay. It was very clean and had everything we needed including a little wagon that we could use to haul the stuff we needed for the beach. They even had some sand toys for the kids. The bungalow is just a very short walk to the beach (5ish minutes) and a short drive to lots of different restaurant options. We would definite recommend this place!

Perfect Family Vacation

This is the second year we’ve stayed here. It is a beautiful, comfortable home in a peaceful setting. It’s a short walk to the beach. The pool is steps away and so enjoyable. There is a family vibe and very quiet. Perfect place to reconnect with family. Kevin, the owner, quickly responds if we have questions and checks on us. We can’t wait for next year’s visit!!

If you’re looking for the most adorable stay in 30A, book with Kevin. The Bungalows are AMAZING. The whole property has a Ley West vibe with all the same amenities as a resort. Don’t pack your chairs, wagons or umbrellas… They’re already there waiting on you! The walk to the beach was down a quaint little cute street with a market at the end of the road for literally anything you need. Bicycle rentals from Butterfly rentals are .5 miles away. Book online, delivered to the house in less than 30 minutes. As for the house itself, very well laid out for relaxing and comfort. Master bed is soooo comfy and the bathrooms are a great size. Adorable upstairs patio with seating. Also room for a yoga mat up there to get in quick little workouts. Kevin made sure we arrived safely, got into the house easily and communicated with us throughout our stay.

Convenient Bungalow

This is a lovely house, we enjoyed the amenities, nice to have the beach chairs. It was a little further away then we anticipated, but not bad. The place was comfortable and had most of what we needed. I would suggest having some kitchen clothes and towels more available. Kevin was great to work with. He responded to our needs right away. We loved it and I would go back.

Great vacation getaway!

Me and along with some friends really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful bungalow! A Short distance to the beach awesome area for dining and entertainment. The house had all the amenities needed and plus more! We rode jet ski and did some bike riding and relaxing beachside. The host were great with making sure we had everything needed! We plan on definitely returning!
