You may want to spend your entire vacation viewing the Gulf from your furnished balcony! Inside this lovingly furnished, 10th floor condo, central air-conditioning and all-tile flooring keeps things nice and cool. If you're arriving around mealtime, you'll find it easy to cook up something tasty in the well-equipped, full kitchen - enjoy snacks or full-course dinners at the breakfast bar, in the dining area, or out on the balcony. You and your guests will also enjoy access to various shared amenities, including two hot tubs, an indoor heated pool, a fitness center, and a 14,000-square-foot lagoon pool. Of course, the Gulf is always just a short walk away.
As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance your experience at Shores of Panama, we are undergoing a significant construction project from September 24, 2024, to March 1, 2025. We want to ensure you are fully informed about the construction phases and how they may impact your stay.
Phase 1: Initial Construction Period
• Dates: September 24, 2024, to November 25, 2024
• Affected Units: Balconies in units 2113, 1314, 1415, and 1615 will be completely inaccessible and have an obstructed view.
• Activities: Construction work will occur daily from 8AM to 6PM, Monday through Friday.
Phase 2: Extended Construction Impact
• Dates: November 25, 2024, to March 28, 2025
• Newly Affected Units: Additional units affected during this period include 507, 1507, 1907, 2011, 1512, 1912, 1517, and 1817 which will also experience inaccessible balconies and obstructed views.
Additional Information
• Tentative Schedules: All mentioned dates AND units are tentative and subject to change based on weather conditions and homeowner association decisions.
Things to Know
Some shared amenities are only open during peak season. The tropical bar, coffee shop, and grill are open March-October.
Guests must pay an additional fee directly to the resort upon check-in, which covers their parking and wristbands for amenities access.
WiFi speed may be limited during periods of high occupancy.
Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 10.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
