Great Family Getaway!

Great location near the beach and convenient stores! It was very clean, super comfortable beds, kitchen had everything we needed, our sons were happy that we had a private terrace to fish, and the outdoor shower to remove the sand is a great plus! We definitely recommend this place, it was a great family getaway.

Great Place

This propety was perfect for our needs, great location and communication with property manager was smooth. We stayed for a few months while working, location was great and hanging on deck fishing was a bonus.

Beautiful house

This was a great experience with the exception of the giant mosquitoes lol. There were some minor issues but nothing that ruined a great family vacation. Would definitely recommend this place and host to others

Overall had a good time property was clean. Deck was a great place to relax. Didn’t get our check in massage so I had to call for the password. Other than that good place to stay.

Perfect stay for a large family

My family enjoyed our stay. We cought plenty of fish and enjoyed spending time with the family. My only complaint was not having a TV in each room. But I dont believe I need to take a star away for that. Thank you for letting my family stay!

Fun relaxing n enjoyable.

It was vary exciting n amazed at how close it was to a vary nice beach. Neighbors were vary friendly n nice. The canal brought in a vary nice view sunset n day break. Could not have had a better time. Of course it off season. The fishing was great.

Great location, roomy

The property was a great location, close to great beaches. We had a party of 10 stay, and were comfortable. The garage is a nice bonus for extra room and parking. We did our best to not overload the fridge, but still had problems with it cooling, but was not too big of a deal with the coolers we brought and the mini fridge in the mother in law suite downstairs. Overall great stay, and will consider in the future!

It was set up perfect for 3 families. The only thing that would have been nice were some of the few normal amenities like shampoo, pancake pan. Other than that, it was great.

We had a good time the house is nice. There is not a boat dock at this house though which was very disappointing. There is not a fish cleaning station either which made things very difficult. The deck needs repaired nails sticking up and missing planks which is ok for adults but not safe with the toddlers. Overall this is a nice place. Location was great.

We did not enjoy it

The refrigerator was broken, the ac was broken, the outdoor deck was wobbly, the outdoor furniture was worn n dirty w bird poop, the sheets and blankets were like sandpaper, the downstairs unit is not accessible from inside the home, the window in one of the rooms flew open and broke in the middle of the night and landed on my son.

The property was okay, if your traveling with elderly people, the 3 floors become a bit of a struggle. 1st floor bathroom door keep getting lock in. Also in the garage closet there a decomposed rat. Room with bunk beds: the pull out matress is Horrible you can feel the Bottom

They canceled on me

After 2 hours of straight driving they called me and claimed that I couldn't stay there due to the a/c going out. I'm not upset about it going out or why, I'm more upset that they waited so long to tell me.

Bring Plenty of Raid Ant Spray

Reviewer Comments: While the description and pics online were accurate- the unit was clean beds were comfortable- location is great- we had some major issues. ANTS!!! Inside and out, they were everywhere. We had to purchase bug spray at IGA and literally spray down all 3 floors before we could even go to bed. All doors on the 2nd floor would not close completely, towel bar on 2nd floor bathroom fell off the wall when we reached for the hand towel. Trash was piled high and overflowing on the side of the unit, smell was awful and we are sure thats where the ant problem starts. All food we had placed on the counter was ruined by the ants. We had to spray every surface so we were unable to even use the kitchen. AC makes a terrible high pitched noise every time it came on. The deck is amazing but there was no umbrella with the table for any shade. This could be a great spot just needs some maintenance.
