バレンシアの旧市街から徒歩わずか5分のApartment Elsaは、Calle Lepantoに位置しています。 家は1890年にまでさかのぼり、まだリビングルームの美しい高い梁天井のようなこの時代から多くの古い要素があります。 アパートは90平方メートルであり、2ベッドルームと後ろに広々としたバルコニーがあります。 静かに眠り、そこで朝食をとるのはうれしいことです。 空港からは市内の地下鉄とは間に合わない。 地下鉄バレンシア駅と最大のトランスファーポイントまで徒歩7分です。 アパートElsaのすぐ近くにすべてがあります。 スーパーマーケットやベーカリーはすぐ近くにあり、シャッターの後ろにはたくさんの小さな店、バー、レストランがあります。 バレンシアの植物園と古い河床の広い都市公園も徒歩圏内です。 家から離れて家に帰る！

Comfortable, just remember that there are 4 flights of stairs , no lift

Stay was lovely, go see Abulfera at sunset .

Loved the location

The apartment is well situated within minutes walk of the Mercat Central, the Botanicle Gardens, and even a shopping mall if that is your thing! Lots of good tapas bars nearby, and transport, groceries and banking virtually at your doorstep. I was very happy with my choice and the host was excellent at providing extra information on available tours and excursions. All in all an excellent choice for my needs.

Fantastic apartment, great location

For anyone visiting Valencia we would recommend this apartment. Very typically Spanish, the tiled floors are stunning and the entire apartment has a very historic feel about it and the high ceiling in the lounge is amazing. Considering its right in the city centre it was very quiet at night. With a 10minute walk to the main old town attractions and a 10minute walk to the metro, it is very ideally located. A large supermarket just a couple of minutes walk. Communication with Elsa was great and she kindly arranged an early check-in due to our early flight. We'd certainly stay here again.

Home away from home!

What a wonderful apartment with everything you would need to feel like you're at home. The beds and furniture were all very comfortable and the kitchen was very well stocked! The location is perfect for walking to many of the sites and it was a stones throw from the supermarket and Pharmacy. There were lots of linens and the washing machine was new and very clean. The property is so charming with the old tile and tall windows that open wide for a constant fresh breeze. The apartment is a walk up with no lift so not wheelchair accessible but it's on the top floor and really quiet and comfortable. There is no air conditioning but we were able to open all doors and windows and get a lovely breeze through the apartment along with ceiling fans that we used to keep us cool. The hosts were so kind and easy to contact. We had no trouble finding the apartment and getting access right away. If we had any questions there was a huge binder loaded with info and if that still didn't answer our questions we were able to contact Elsa who was always so kind and happy to help. A wonderful vacation in a wonderful apartment! We would definitely visit again.

A Walk-up That's Worth It

Elsa's 5th floor apartment in Botanic (literally a block from the university/city's fabulous Botanic Garden) is a calm respite from your daily explore of Valencia. (And still only 5 minutes from entering the old city at the Torres de Quart.) The flat is comfortable in every way, from a great couch, to quiet at night, to beds where we slept soundly. The small but very good kitchen was perfect for us and we cook at least half of our dinners in our rental apartments. It is an old building - thus the walk-up flight of stairs and no lift - but of curse, that is what you are paying for: vintage balconies overlooking the street and pedestrians walking below; high open ceilings with 100+ year-old wooden beams; traditional floor tiles showing all their wear and tear. If you want to feel like you are really in Spain, this is a great flat to do it in. And while it has been completely renovated with every modern need (washing machine, big refrigerator, new bathroom, good lighting, enough electrical outlets, etc...) it still has elements of being an old building that we found easy to work around (and we are in our 50s): we bring packable featherweight backpacks that we can use to bring groceries home along with good shoulder totes; we bought a can of room deoderizer that I used to refresh the bathroom on occasion; we took trash and recycling out daily- when we left to go do things- rather than let it build up. Elsa's flat is really a home-away-from-home, not a substitute hotel suite. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Schnuckeliges Appartement in toller Zentrallage

Wir waren zu viert zu Besuch in Valencia. Die Korrespondenz mit der sehr netten Vermieterin vor, während und nach dem Aufenthalt war ausgezeichnet. Ein perfektes Onboarding und eine zuverlässige und sehr freundliche Betreuung vor Ort! Das Appartement ist richtig gemütlich und sehr gepflegt und hübsch. Gerade der Wohnbereich ist herrlich im Sonnenlicht. Etwas ‚sportlich‘ ist das eher kleine Doppelbett für 2 Erwachsene, gerade wenn man von zu Hause ein großes Bett gewohnt ist. Aber der Kaffee im Wohnbereich und die Ausflüge zu Fuß oder mit der nahegelegenen Metro in die wunderbare Stadt sind es wert! Es war eine tolle Zeit! Danke Elsa!

Tolle Unterkunft in optimaler Lage

Wir waren mit unseren Kindern (7 und 9) in Valencia. Für unsere Aktivitäten hatte die Wohnung die optimale Lage. Auch von der Ausstattung hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Wohnung ist mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und war sehr sauber. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter für An- und Abreise war sehr nett und problemlos.

Wohnung mit Charme

Liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung mit hellen Zimmern. Gute Lage zum Flughafen und kurzer Fußweg in die Altstadt. Gut eingerichtet, es fehlte an nichts. Elsa ganz fexibel bei An- und Abreise. Nur zu empfehlen.

N'hesitez pas

Un très bel endroit ou nous avons passé un bon moment. Appartement tres propre et tres lumineux... effectivement il faut monter 4 étages mais l'escalier est fonctionnel . Les photos correspondent bien au lieu. Appartement traversant permettant de faire des courants d'air et peite terrasse agréable. Tout est accessible : accès à une supérette dans la rue... bus direct vers la plage à 8 mn à pieds... centre historique et commerciale accessible à pieds . La voiture peut etre garée dans la rue ou alentour gratuitement . Ah oui ... bizarrement nous pas de mouches ou d'odeurs. Et un très bon accueil .

I do not recommend

4 flights of stairs; crumbling building, stained upholstery on furnishings, sketchy neighborhood, sewage smell in bathroom, cluster flies, very hard bed, pillows were u comfortable, fire trap. All this during the Covid 19 pandemic and owner would not provide partial refund for cancelled nights.

De ligging is redelijk centraal en fietsenverhuur dichtbij. Rustig en geen verkeerslawaai. Uitzicht niet bepaald aantrekkelijk.

Great apartment!

We stayed in Elsa's apartment for 12 days and had a lovely time. It is located the top floor in a quiet street close to the city center. It was easy to find and Luz who met us there was very helpful and showed us the apartment and how everything worked. It was well equipped with a full kitchen and everything we needed. We can definitely recommend it and hope to com back som day.

Lovely apartment. Great location. Easy visit.

Had a wonderful stay! The apartment is beautifully and comfortably decorated and has everything needed. We loved the balconies where we could eat breakfast. It is very close to a botanical garden and there are lots of tapas places and other restaurants, grocery stores, etc nearby. Easy cab ride from the airport, but the metro is also close by. The host is so easy to work with and responds to messages quickly. I was expecting 24 hour response, but she was always much faster than that.
