Living/Dining Room: Has all brand-new furniture including a comfy sofa, dining for 4 in style, a 43 inch 4K Roku Smart TV with streaming channels (Don't forget your log-in info), a coffee table that has books, magazines and several games for you to enjoy on rainy days and a buffet table that serves as the coffee station and comes complete with a Ninja 12 cup drip coffee maker, Keurig single serve maker & tea kettle.

Kitchen: Has beautiful granite & full sized oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge. Kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook a tasty meal-even a crockpot and spices.

Bedroom: Has a queen size bed, blinds+blackout curtains, nightstands with drawers, dimmable sconces with USB chargers, dresser with drawers, a closet with hangers and shelves and a 32 inch Roku Smart TV

Bathroom: Has a tub/shower combination with tile surround & vanity with storage

Hallway: Has 2 bunk beds with youth-sized mattresses (not twins) perfect for young kids

Balcony: Has beautiful heavy, durable furniture including 2 Adirondack counter-height chairs and a side table plus 4 beach chairs


There is plenty to do in the nearby area too:
* Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge
* Fort Morgan State Historic Site
* Fort Morgan Ferry-take it to Dauphin Island
* Fort Morgan Marina- charter a fishing excursion, book a
dolphin or sightseeing cruise, dock your boat, etc

There are 2 restaurants in the immediate complex area and a few more that are close by. Groceries and other necessities can be found anywhere from 4-15 minutes away.

If you do want to head into Gulf Shores touristy area The Hangout is only 14 miles away. So go and explore and then come back and relax.

Who should stay here? If you want to relax and be away from the crowds enjoying nature and wide-open beaches, then this is for you.

Who should not stay here? If you want to be in the middle of all the action and walk to several restaurants and stores, then this is not for you.

The keycard to the amenity center will be at the condo. If you lose it there is a $25 replacement fee.

Please bring beach/pool towels.

NO REFUNDS will be given for bad weather, down Internet, loss of cable, closed facilities, seeing an insect, reptile or any other creature that lives in the area, illness or issues with your travel plans. It’s always recommended to purchase travel insurance. If there is a Mandatory Evacuation order then you will be refunded for unused days.
