In the evening, it’s time to retreat to the dreamy bedroom, decorated with the golden hues of St. Augustine's sunset, letting the cozy king bed and linens wrap you up like a warm hug.

Be sure to make time to enjoy at least one lazy morning in bed, sipping coffee while watching your favorite show on the 65” smart TV, creating a cocoon of shared relaxation and leisurely snuggles.

If you need baby items (crib, highchair, stroller, baby bath, changing table and/or porta crib) they are available at no charge upon request with a minimum of 48 business hours' notice. For weekend and holiday deliveries there is a $25 fee. All items subject to availability.

Guest Access:
On the day of check-in you will receive lockbox access instructions at 3:00 PM. This is a gated community, and all drivers must be on the gate list. Please send a message, in advance, with the names of all drivers needing gate access to avoid access delays. You can contact the gate directly to add any guests after your arrival.

Other Things to Note:
We love animals, but the owner has a strict NO PET policy. Assistance animals must be disclosed and approved in advance. For approval, please send a message to the host and we will direct you to the third-party screening which must be completed prior to bringing any service animal onto the premises. If authorized, a photo and vaccine records must be provided prior to bringing the animal onto the premises. Animals are not allowed to be left unattended.

Interaction with Guests:
Host lives locally but not onsite and is available as needed. Let us know if you would like champagne and chocolates to celebrate a special occasion. We have packages starting as low as $25.
