Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. 1 bedroom condo with gorgeous preserve views from all windows in the unit and outdoor balcony. Enjoy coming to a peaceful stay after a day touring Saint Augustine or a round of golf. Nestled in the golf community World Golf Village, LaTerra offers an on-site pool with hot tub, gorgeous grounds, and a spa on site. Close to shopping and restaurants.
King Size bed in the large bedroom over looking the trees in the preserve. Sofa bed for additional guests. Enjoy morning coffee sitting on the balcony while overlooking the park and trees in the preserve. The location of our condo is very quiet and peaceful, and still a short walk to the pool and hot tub in the main building.

We had the best stay!! Even our pup enjoyed the beautiful surroundings. Clean, neat and well stocked. Our host was very helpful and informative. We can’t wait to come stay again.

We had a lovely stay! The unit was very clean and well stocked. The location is amazing. We love the amenities of World golf village Condo. We had a great time playing pickle ball too!

Only one fob/key is provided… the fob/key is used to get into the condo and the pool. If more than one person, 2 keys/fobs would be nice. If my husband and I were not together we had to constantly think about the fob/key so the other could get into the condo. Also, this is a gated community so we could not have family visit unless the host approved and the host would not. The listing should mention this… The towels were stained like rags and there is no cable TV. Overall not impressed by this condo. Not worth the money.

Hi Kristie, we appreciate your feedback, but you are not the guest who stayed in our unit, this is the travel agent and due to communication issue and a poor experience for our guest, we are no longer allowing 3rd party bookings. We did allow both additional guests that Laura requested in addition to the 3 person reservation, the 2nd guest needed to provide an ID at security at arrival due to the occupancy limit for our unit. We have an additional fob for guests inside the unit, it was never requested for during the stay. Thank you for letting us know about the wash cloths, we have replaced them immediately as we try to keep the unit well maintained and stocked for all of our guests. We appreciate the honest feedback as we try our best to provide a great experience and we would have appreciated better communication. We hope moving forward only accepting bookings directly with our guests staying in our unit, we will avoid miscommunication and provide an overall better experience for our guests.
