Escape to paradise in this charming 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo located on the top floor, offering spectacular views of the Laterra Pool Courtyard and tranquil lagoon. Start your day with a refreshing view of palm trees, peaceful fountains, and the sparkling resort pool from your private balcony.
Inside, the full kitchen is perfect for preparing your favorite meals, and the dining area offers a cozy setting for enjoying them. The living area features a 50" Smart TV with a premium cable package, while the bedroom boasts a 32" TV with Roku and Xstream for streaming entertainment (apps available with guest's personal log-ins). Ceiling fans in the main room and bedroom keep the air breezy and comfortable.
The new King mattress in the bedroom ensures a restful night's sleep, and a sofa sleeper in the living room provides additional sleeping space for 3rd and 4th guests. Enjoy the convenience of a washer and dryer located in the bathroom laundry closet, plus a closet organizer for longer-term stays.
Step outside to relax in the Laterra pool or lounge poolside under the warm Florida sun. Baby gear (crib, highchair, stroller, baby bath, changing table, porta crib) and beach chairs are available upon request with 24 hours' notice (subject to availability).

St Augustine has been home for us over 20 years. We are blessed to be part of this caring team at INTERNATIONAL GOLF REALTY. I'm proud to be married to Michael Golden, a Marine Veteran. We love God, golf, boating, great restaurants, sharing time with family and friends, and long walks on the beach. We enjoy spending time with friends and family in this beautiful and historic area, St Augustine, Florida. We love sharing our favorite places and learning about new places to explore! When we travel, we seek out private getaways where we can be alone and spend time together, hanging out, playing golf, boating, exploring new restaurants, and walking on the beach whenever possible!
