I've decorated this boutique hotel room with tons of color to brighten your experience! This beautifully, well maintained apartment submerges its guests into a stylish environment mixing antiques with new and modern amenities including lots of personal decorations placed throughout the apartment.

So many of the decorations were created, drawn, or constructed by myself and my family! I aim to individualize your experience with my hospitality, amenities, and cleanliness. I'll be living alongside you in the building so if you need anything at all, I'm seconds away and always striving to exceed your expectations!

You'll be enjoying the entire apartment to yourself as well as a washer/dryer room, parking garage, and patio. The gated garage allows for a safe and convenient parking spot.

For check-in, our onsite manager who resides at the property, will meet you to provide the necessary access codes. She will also be available to assist you at any time during your stay. Kindly let us know your expected arrival time!

The central location will provide an excellent experience in the heart of Saint Louis's famous and historic Dogtown Neighborhood directly next to Turtle Park, Forest Park, the Loop, grocery stores, and so many more attractions!

Yes, metro bus is a walk away. As well, Forest Park is only steps from your front door!

This is a private apartment for only you with everything you need to feel right at home! Coin operated washing and drying facility available in the building!

Please note that a $200 refundable security deposit is required. This deposit is refunded within a week of check-out. Refunds typically take between 5-10 business days to reflect in your account once processed.

overnight pass thru

We just needed a place that was on our way thru a week long trip and see a couple of sights in St. Louis. This was an affordable option. There were issues, but management was receptive to feedback through the app and email they gave. We didn't stay long enough to see if the issues were resolved tho and I never saw the on site management. I was worried about the garage based on reviews, but had no issues with my Ford Explorer. Several parking spaces available. You just have to be logistical about choosing your spot and maneuverability when departing. It's not necessary to back out the entire way. Not sure why someone else had to do it that way. Was happy to have it as that night there was a bad storm with hail.

I would have liked to give it 5 stars but can’t

Some significant issues with the stay: Email checkin not sent until day of, I had to scramble to do it while preparing to fly. It isn’t set up for USA and I had issues using my driver’s license. I did quickly get a response on how to move forward with the checkin. Back door was completely unlocked to fire escape and it wasn’t noticed until many hours later. This was a potential problem so we bought a security stick, which was good, because there was one night someone was knocking on the door to see if a someone was there. It says four adults but the second bed is a futon which needed fixed by my husband. There were no sheets for the futon, I contacted the property manager and he told me the sheets were there. We bought our own sheets for it. The remote was missing, property manager told us it was there. Sheets on master bed looked like they weren’t changed from the last guests. Otherwise, place was mostly clean. It is a really old building. Parking garage looks like it should be demolished and almost Impossible to back out of. Two towels and two washcloths for a four night stay for four people. We went and bought extra towels and washcloths from Walmart.

The property is an older building, which means patience is required when it comes to the hot water; give it about 3-4 minutes for it to become warm. Communication with property management could have been faster and better.

I loved this property most definitely will book again but the stove didn’t work the gas was off that was a bummer and the Wi-Fi on the paper wasn’t the same so they could fix that but other than that it was amazing

the location was good. access to the property was easy. felt safe in this area. access codes easy to use. unable to connect with the internet even after sending a message to the contact person. for as old as the place was, it was in good condition. It could have used a good cleaning in the corners especially. the bottom of my suitcase was terribly dusty coming out of the closet. Grease was spattered all over the wall behind the kitchen stove and, the most noticeable were the sheets. they were very used and had the overused pilly bumps on them that make it uncomfortable to sleep. I know it may not sound so, but these are simple things that could be easily fixed. And, if so, I would gladly stay again. It was very comfortable for my stay in StL because I come frequently.

Took a hour and a half to get in the front door put thirty minutes to get the hallway door another forty five minutes to get in the back door It's crazy all the digital codes Cabinets were filthy Bedroom ac in window but had no outlet People came in my room while I was gone I was barely there a day and a half Underground parking stunk like a toilet and was dark & scary

Located in a great St. Louis neighborhood. Great location for easy access to Forest Park, Dogtown, and the Hill. Quick drive to downtown St. Louis, the Arch, Missouri Botanical Gardens and Delmar loop.

Great location for Forest Park

A short walk to the zoo or drive to anywhere else in the park. Building is old and has been freshened up, but still shows wear around the edges. Host was great and worked with us on any issues that arose.

Close to Forest Park

We went to a festival at Forest Park & loved that this was just a 5 minute Uber ride. Great location for what we needed. It’s an older unit so don’t go in expecting glamour. It has all the essentials we needed & was a perfect place to stay for a long weekend.

Would not go back

We were extremely disappointed with our stay. Having the alarm go off and the door pad shut down on us because the code had changed without us being informed was a bad start, but it didn’t get much better when we got in. The description advertised that it slept 6 and included 3 beds – that is not what we found. We searched and searched but not only could we not find a third bed, we could not find bedding or pillows for 6 people. Amenities advertised linens and towels, which were provided, but definitely not provided for 6 people. We found one bed in the bedroom, and a futon. The bedroom and its bedding were fine, but all we could find for the futon was a sheet and mattress liner for a small bed. To try to leave everything better than when we came, we used the sheet to protect the futon and the mattress liner as the sheet. We had 6 people, so two got the bedroom, three squeezed onto the futon, and luckily one slept in a pack and play that we had brought with us. If it were only two of us, I would have been more understanding. If it were the six of us but the apartment was properly advertised, I would have been more understanding. If the futon had sheets and pillows for sleeping to accommodate the six people it advertises, I would have been more understanding. If the place were not so dirty, I would probably still be upset, but at least we would have felt comfortable having meals in the house. In the end we made everything work, but this is the worst VRBO experience we have ever had and I would strongly discourage anyone from ever stepping foot in this apartment. The pictures and description of the apartment are lovely, but everything in reality seemed dirty and was falling apart. The door to the bathroom didn’t fully close and I had to use my pocket knife to tighten up the handle. The French press was broken. The coffee maker lid felt like it was sealed in grease and it made a sound as if I had cracked a seal when I opened it. The table in the living room was falling apart. So we stopped touching things. We were uncomfortable using anything. We were afraid if we touched anything it would break, or we would be even further disgusted. So we ate out and bought coffee in the morning, and by morning, I mean 3 a.m. in the morning because we couldn’t wait to get out of that apartment.

Areas of improvement

Need some more bath towels. Place was clean and neighborhood was quiet. The host was easy to communicate with and was very quick to respond. Close to alot of the attractions. Would stay here again.

Lots of personality and great location

Fantastic hosts and great location. We really got a kick out of the neat building and appreciated the parking garage. The window coverings, and some of the furniture could use some updating and TLC. Otherwise, great time! Thank you so much!

Over night stay

Upon arriving be aware that parking is underground and the garage entry is rather short and there is not turn around. I drive a jeep with a moderate lift and stand 6’ 7” at the roof and barely cleared upon entry. This is an older unit but cozy. Cleanliness rating was due to the kitchen sink not being very kept. Floors were clean as well as linen. Located 10 min from DT STL so it was convenient.

We loved the apartment. The original listing did show that there were bunk beds in the bedroom with the full sized bed and that it was able to sleep 6. Good thing it was 2 adults and 3 kids because there were no bunk beds and they all were able to fit on the futon in the den. Other than that, which wound up working for us, the apartment was clean and perfect for the rest of our needs. The area was great and we were within 15 minutes of EVERYTHING we had planned during our stay! We will definitely consider coming back!

Fresh and clean

We had 6 guests, 4 age 10 & under. Place was very clean and easy to access on 1st floor. All amenities promised were present and a 20 min walk from zoo. Perfect for a quick trip to see the sights. Underground parking was a problem due to deteriorating ceiling, other than that there was no problems.

Great neighborhood - older unit but very clean. The bathroom could use some updating.

The rental process was fine on VRBO. We did have trouble accessing our unit - and later in the week, we had internet disruptions which the property managers resolved.
