This is a renovated basement. There is spacious living room with a bedroom. A big open shower in the bathroom with plenty of light and movement for all your needs. It comes with a kitchenette that has mini refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and kettle. Also the apartment has a washer and dryer.

You'll have access to an outdoor fire pit.

Brandon was a wonderful host. He met us when we arrived and made certain that we were comfortable in the spacious VRBO. I would certainly stay here again when visiting Asheville.

Lovely home and very pleasant stay. The only issue I had was opening the lock box which was difficult for me with arthritic hands. Host Brandon was very prompt with responses to questions. I suggest you align your instructions in your guest book to instructions on Vrbo as they vary slightly

Accommodations were perfect for us. We really appreciate the spacious rental and having separation between food prep, sleeping, bathing and living areas. Very clean and tasteful decor. Great location. Great communication with host. We will be back!!

Very clean and nice amenities for a great price! Only issue was Roku kept cutting off saying it didn’t have enough power (we think incorrect cord?) so we couldn’t make it through a whole movie but would still recommend.

The place was comfortable and nice. My only complaint is that it was not made clear before the booking that someone would be above us. Whomever was upstairs stomped and banged very loudly, waking me up multiple times in the early morning hours. If you rent, please beware that there could be noisy upstairs neighbors.

This is a great property if you are visiting asheville. First off it is way cheaper than any hotel around. It is also quiet and comfortable. It's less than 5 miles from downtown asheville, and Its easy to get on the high way to go anywhere you want.
