Say ahhh..... as you take in a seriously impressive view of deep blue waves and sugar white sand from the balcony! Our corner condo with three bedrooms and three bathrooms is truly paradise. From the updated gourmet kitchen with granite countertops and stainless appliances to upscale furnishings. "Fresh, clean and peaceful" describes this gulf front condominium at Hidden Dunes with beach front views from all three balconies.

Our family area is furnished with comfort in mind and offers seating for everyone and SMART HDTVs throughout. The newly renovated kitchen offers a brand new microwave and refrigerator and is fully stocked with everything needed to whip up a gourmet meal. Enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony and be on the lookout for dolphins swimming along the shore!

With three bedrooms and three bathrooms, our sunny condo accommodates up to eight guests comfortably. The master bedroom features a king bed with a picture window overlooking the beach and walk out access to the balcony. Our second bedroom is furnished with two full beds and a private balcony with a beach view. The third bedroom offers a queen bed, twin bed and a private balcony with beach views. Each fully renovated bathroom is finished with designer tile work and granite countertops.

For guests' convenience, our condo offers complimentary high speed WIFI, a brand new in-unit washer and dryer, and a NEW HVAC system (2025).

Hidden Dunes is a beachfront resort that offers 3 swimming pools, a world class tennis facility with clay courts that is ranked among the 'Top 50 Tennis Resorts in the USA' (court fees apply), a catch-and-release fishing lake, scenic walking trails, lighted basketball courts, corn hole games, horseshoes, a fitness center, and onsite security at the resort’s gated entrance. Hidden Dunes is less than three minutes away from outlet and retail shopping, fine restaurants, and grocery stores. There are several challenging golf courses, a water park, and entertainment nearby! Also nearby is Grand Boulevard at Sandestin Resort with a movie theatre, upscale shopping and restaurants. Destin offers a variety of fishing, boating, and dinner cruise excursions. *Parking: Only 2 vehicles allowed each unit per Hidden Dunes Security, no exceptions.

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.

Our family enjoyed our stay. It was the perfect layout for our family. Everything we needed was provided. We loved the location on the end. Gorgeous view of the ocean. It was an easy access to the beach and pool. Definitely recommend this condo.

Excellent location away from the more built up parts of Destin/San Destin but still within easy distance to shopping and restaurants. Was a really nice end unit with views from all three bedrooms which is hard to find. We really enjoyed sunrises while we were there.The kitchen was well appointed and had most of the basics needed to cook in. The condo amenities like the pool were really nice and the access to the beach was easy - though there are a number of stairs so keep that in mind if you have more limited mobility. The property managers were excellent in their communication and it was a very easy check in and check out process. We all agreed that they were among the best rental companies we’ve worked with.The only real issue we experienced was the beds which were on the soft side and the beds in the second guest bedroom were particularly squeaky. Not a deal breaker but just something to note if you are a light sleeper.

This beautiful beachfront paradise is even more spectacular in person!!! Every bedroom is so thoughtfully designed with comfort in mind and each of the 3 lovely bedrooms has its own en-suite bathroom!!! Absolutely amazing!!! Each lovely bedroom has its own wonderful balcony assuring an amazing view of either the spectacular oceanfront or the gorgeous grounds!!! The host so very thoughtfully had the condo all ready and beautifully cleaned for our earlier arrival and the smells of such freshness were so welcoming!!! The balcony overlooks the ocean directly and the wonderful pool!!! The living area has spectacular views of the ocean with sunrise and sunsets for your viewing pleasure!!! The furniture was very comfortable for everyone to sit around and enjoy!!! The table seating accommodates everyone as you enjoy dining with beautiful ocean views!!! Please do know that the wonderful coffee pot is not a Keurig so enjoy a delicious pot of coffee together!!! My adult siblings and I absolutely loved celebrating our brother’s birthday together and we are so thankful for the wonderful memories made at this lovely beachfront paradise!!! Sincerely, Elisa C.

The view and location was perfect. The condo was perfect for a family of 6. Things that I would recommend to bring: if you are going to cook,bring all your condiments included salt n pepper. Dishwasher/washing machine pods. Cleaning supplies like to clean the counters and table. For the beach: bring chairs/ umbrellas/towels. Unless you are going to pay for the chair service. Overall tje place a clean. The living room furniture is dirty and stained definitely needs to be steam cleaned. I dont know if the floors get cleaned between guests.my son took his sandals off when he entered the condo and his feet were black by the time he finished getting settled. They do have a mop and bucket for you to use but I was not going to pay for cleaning products to mop. We just wore our house sandals in the house and swept through daily through our stay. Definitely recommend!!! The boys loved that they all had balconies set outside from each of their bedrooms. Look forward to staying there again!!!!

We enjoyed our stay here. The condo was spacious. I like that this is a corner unit so we had views of the beach/ocean from several of the bedrooms as well as the living room. The view was nice and enjoyable overall but there are some houses/properties that can obstruct the view and sunrise a bit. The condo was very clean and well maintained. There was some signs of wear and tear in a few areas but it was minor. The three bathrooms were roomy and the master bedroom and bathroom were especially large. All of the bedrooms were spacious and had adequate closet and storage space. The kitchen was updated, and the appliances were in good condition. We also really appreciated the starter supplies that were provided. The furniture was an area that could use some updating. It was old, worn, and uncomfortable. We didn’t spend much time in the condo so it wasn't a major issue for our group. But if you like to lounge around and relax in the condo it would be uncomfortable. The beds were acceptable but not very comfortable. The parking garage was awful. It’s really the only complaint I have. It’s cramped and awkward. It obviously wasn’t built for larger automobiles. The communication with the host or property management company was easy. They responded quickly to inquiries. Allthe condo rules/instructions were easy to understand. The beach service attendants were also very professional, friendly, and accommodating. We loved our beach vacay and would stay here again.

The views were fantastic!!

Views from the 3 bedroom balconies were so nice. The covered balcony with breeze on the Gulf side was the best! The family and I loved the cleanliness and accomodations. Everyone enjoyed the comfort of the beds. This location was wonderful and hope to stay here again.

Wonderful condo on the beach

The condo has a spectacular location right on the beach with enough room to accommodate our family. With three bathrooms and three separate bedrooms, the condo maximizes space and is well taken care of. We will definitely book with them again on our next vacation!

Great place for family vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second year in same place and unit. Great location and all the amenities we were looking for; pool, beach access, tennis and pickleball. The only thing missing was a hair dryer.
