At GateHouse Resort Condos in the picturesque Smoky Mountain town of Gatlinburg, Tennessee, unit 705, "Berz on the Mountain," is the getaway that you have been waiting for. "Berz on the Mountain" boasts of a newly updated 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit with a fully stocked kitchen. Relax by the fire or in the jetted Jacuzzi, or enjoy the stunning mountain views and serene sounds of the creek while rocking your cares away on a spacious balcony. You will be close to all the action of Downtown Gatlinburg (just a mile away) while being far enough away to feel you are in a secluded hideaway. In the morning you can stroll to breakfast at Flapjacks Pancake Cabin just 4 minutes away.

From the moment that we walked onto the GateHouse Resort Condos property, we knew that we were in a very special place. As we entered unit 705, we had a vision of a home-away-from-home for our guests. This unit has been updated from top to bottom! Our hearts and souls (along with a lot of sweat and a little blood) are in this magnificent space.

You will be just a 20-minute walk to all the action of downtown (Aquarium, museums, shopping, restaurants, Ober, Anakeesta. If you don't feel like walking, the trolley picks up right across the street. 4-minute walk to breakfast and a15-minute drive to Pigeon Forge. You can relax on the large balcony with spectacular mountain views while listening to the creek below. It is a great place to watch a spectacular show of fireworks on July 4th. You can also sit on the bench out front and watch seasonal, town parades or just enjoy the energy of this great town. Just a few miles away, you have the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, White Water Rafting in the Big Pigeon River.
