We are happy to know you were impressed with our condo, as we strive to ensure all guests' needs are exceeded. We are disappointed that you felt that our condo didn't feel pet friendly enough. Aqua Villa is one of the only condo complexes in Fort Walton that allow pets, however, the complex does have a designated relief area for pets approximately 50 yards from our condo. If you had disclosed that you were bringing 2 additional dogs while making your reservation, I would have suggested that you book with another condo, as ours is only suited for one small dog.

Marie-We are so happy you enjoyed your stay. Yes, the bunkbeds with individual TVs are a big hit with the kids. We pay for the best internet service because nothing dampers a vacation like fighting with the TV or internet service! As for location, that is why we bought this condo. Feet in the sand in less than a minute cannot be beat. Hearing the waves from the condo brings me so much joy. With only 24 units, the beach and pool are never crowded, another huge bonus. Kassie. I know a few things went sideways during your stay, which is far from the norm, but we are sorry nonetheless. I had mentioned there was a small leak around the kitchen faucet that was noticed by my cleaner while she was cleaning for your arrival. (the previous guest had just left that same day). I offered to send a repair person during your two-day stay, but you said to not bother. You reported the leak got worse and suggested I send someone right away, so I had my repairman there within the hour and he replaced the entire faucet. As for the washers, I know you stated you did three loads in the community laundry area during your two-day stay and that the last load you did the machine wouldn't open. You also said you noticed, after the fact, a sign that said the machine was not working and to not use it. I am disappointed that you had this happen, as we try very hard to ensure guests have a great experience. Some things are out of our control, however, I did reimburse you to show our remorse and hopefully convey our sincere apology. Aqua Villa does have some maintenance happening with our building, planned during the off-season so as to not interrupt guests too much. I am sorry you felt unsafe, as the contractor doing this work is the best in the business and considers safety his highest priority. I will relay what you have said to his team and follow up with them as well, as no owner at Aqua Villa wants guests to feel unsafe. We are sorry your stay did not meet our goal, of 5-stars. I hope to get the chance to host your family in the future and redeem ourselves, as we are extremely disappointed in how you feel your stay went.
