Beachfront with Ocean View in Peck Plaza

This beachfront condo was just renovated and is located in the beautiful Peck Plaza,. It is also known as the top of Daytona being the tallest building and a top floor restaurant with spectacular views. The beach and pool are right outside the door of the building. Minutes from Daytona Beach International Airport, Daytona International Speedway, Daytona Beach Boardwalk. Many activities available in the area including jet ski, kayak, paddle board and boat rentals.

The unit has magnificent ocean views from every room and all the amenities for a relaxing and fun vacation.

The master bedroom has a king bed, master bath with separate toilet and shower, large walk-in closet
The second bedroom has a queen bed, large closet. Both bedrooms have amazing views of the ocean and intercoastal waterway and blackout curtains to block the sunlight in the morning when you are sleeping.

There is an open kitchen with everything you need for cooking and eating at the counter or bar height table.

While staying at the condo, you will have full access to the gym, billiard room, tennis courts, half basketball court, outdoor pool and beach. There is one parking spot in an indoor parking garage only for cars under 6ft tall and additional space outside for parking.

Great stay for Rockville

We stayed at this property while attending Welcome to Rockville. The condo was spacious and had beautiful views. Property was clean and quiet, I would definitely recommend.

Gorgeous Ocean View

This condo has everything you need for beachfront bliss, from the garage parking to the pool, hot tube, tennis courts, and literally steps from the beach. It has something for everyone of any age, onsite, and is close to many of the area attractions. Check in and out was easy, The photos are accurate. Everything was in working order. Couldn't have been better.

Great modern / clean condo stay in Daytona.

Condo was excellent. Clean and modern updates. View was exceptional. Location great. Amenities nearby but the beach wasn’t too busy in this area. Building review: needs updates and repairs. Having one elevator for 24 floors meant planning for 10-15 minutes of waiting during busy times. Sounds like the second elevator will be fixed in May.

Great stay for families

Love the location. Close to grocery, steps to beach (where you can walk for miles). Nice layout to rooms. Kitchen had enough supplies to cook.The only negative is there is only 1 elevator, other is being worked on. Takes some time to get between floors mid day when its busy.

Wedding Weekend

The condo was the perfect size for my wife and I. Great views of the ocean and the master bedroom and bath was of perfect size. Lisa was very friendly and accommodating. The only issue was that one of the elevators was out of service so there were times when you had to wait a little bit longer than normal. I would book the condo again. Great area. For a great restaurant tip, try MIllie's Restaurant & Catering. Excellent fresh seafood daily!

Lovely, updated condo

Everything was lovely, fresh paint, aesthetically pleasing, everything updated, great view. Everything you could want or need. Just a heads up, though, if you are one who likes a television in your bedroom, there are none. My husband bought a 24” tv so he could watch when we went to bed. Otherwise, there is a TV in the main living area and that sufficed for me!

How can you say no to that view?

Absolutely planning to return to Peck Plaza. Pictures don’t do it justice. You must imagine yourself sitting up in bed, looking out that window at that beautiful view. If you don’t feel like going down to the beach, so what? Best view of anywhere I’ve stayed. The outside area was pristine with a hot tub, pool, children’s area, ball court, seating with tables and umbrellas. Felt very safe with key fob required for entrances. Great communication from the host who told me how to contact the property manager. However, the property manager contacted me first to find out my arrival time. She was available when we arrived early, showed us where and how to park, took us on a tour of Peck Plaza and did not miss showing us any of the fine points we might be interested in during our stay, brought us a lightbulb for the bedroom lamp, was out and about the property and available for any questions during the day, and opened the gate entry for us with a personal goodbye as we were leaving. Lisa definitely deserves more than a five star review for her outgoing friendliness and obvious job well done.

Great condo with awesome views!

We loved this condo! The views from the panoramic windows were spectacular! We really enjoyed sitting on the balcony at night listening to the ocean waves and also viewing the city lights and the river to the left at the same time. The up-to-date appliances in the kitchen were wonderful and the beds were super comfy. We had a great stay! The elevator was challenging at times but the condo made the slight wait times well worth it!

Fantastic Beachside Stay!

Highly recommended! Absolutely beautiful condo right on the beach. Host and property staff were all absolutely great. The incredible picture windows were the best - we couldn't help but feel relaxed! Really loved this place and its location.

Comfortable Condo with Beautiful Views

We stayed at the condo to relax on the beach after a short Disney trip, and we were able to do just that! The condo was clean and modern. We were provided with the starters we needed. The balcony and the views were the best! We played pickleball most mornings and our kids loved the basketball court as well. This is a drive-on beach, which we usually stay further down where cars are not allowed, but it wasn’t a big deal. Overall, a great condo with great communication.

Great views and location

Condo was even better in person! Very clean and seemed recently updated or very well maintained. There was everything we needed and the views were great from every room. Easy access to the beach and loved that there were beach chairs and beach toys available for kids. Pickle ball and shuffle board were great to have available, although the heavy winds did not allow us to play long. Would definitely stay again!

Complete Satisfaction!

Properties are not always accurately conveyed on the internet. When walking in to this condo I was overwhelmed with excitement. The place was incredibly cleaned and updated with the highest qualities in each room! All the decor was gorgeous and the view was just impeccable! Waking up to the sunrise at the foot of my bed was something I’ll never forget! Thank you so much for the incredible memories!

Loved the view

The views were even better than the pictures and the balcony was large enough to comfortably enjoy the ocean breeze. The unit was clean and had all the supplies necessary for our stay. If I could change just one thing it would be to have a window that opens in each bedroom to allow for fresh air while sleeping. Other than that, I would definitely return again.

Daytona Bike Week 2024

Peck Plaza Condo stay was excellent. The condo was perfect for my friend and I to crash after a long day of enjoying bike week. The view to the ocean are spectacular and the rooms were clean and very comfortable. We were able to store the bikes in the secure underground garage.
