7 Maryland Ave. Unit 1E- Professionally Managed by Coldwell Banker Premier.
A first-floor apartment in the ocean block of North Rehoboth. The unit was recently renovated and the home looks terrific! Updates include new flooring throughout, fresh paint, a kitchen refresh including updated appliances and new countertops and painted cabinets as well as new bathroom vanities. Guests will enjoy the open kitchen and living area, which features a breakfast bar. With three bedrooms, this unit is great for the small family looking for a beach getaway for a week. One bedroom is a master suite, while the other two share the second bathroom. Maryland Avenue is two blocks away from the many shops and restaurants of Rehoboth Avenue, so guests can park their car for the week, and walk to anything they want! This apartment is about four buildings from the beach, meaning you are never far from the ocean and the front sun room has an ocean view. There is off-street parking for two cars. This is a non-smoking unit.
Pets (dogs only) are permitted with an extra $250 pet fee per pet. Breed and size restrictions apply, pets must not be over 60lbs.

All VRBO reservations are a booking request only until confirmed by Property Manager. You will be required to sign a Residential Lease Agreement and make your payment within the required deadlines provided or your booking request will be cancelled. As a property manager, we welcome “Special Event” rentals. All properties are individually owned and not all properties are available for “Special Event” rentals. Credit Card payments subject to 2% fee.

A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week's stay is $210.00.

Perfect Beach Location

This place is amazing! The property was the perfect size for the family that stayed with us. The distance to the beach can’t be beat either! We will definitely be looking into renting this next year.

This property was in an amazing location!! Great size living room, kitchen and bedrooms. Check in and check out were super easy. All amenities were in working condition. The only thing that was tough was the shower in the master bedroom. It’s very small and an exhaust fan would be helpful. We recommend this property and hope to stay here again in the future.

Great Place to Stay in Rehoboth Beach

We stayed at this property and we were so happy with the location, property, parking and loved being so close to the boardwalk! It was a great week for our family! Recommend this property for a great beach vacation.

Third great stay!

We just ended our third year staying at 1E! All for the location! Views from the dining table and steps to the beach and boardwalk. All the new flooring is great. Only small improvement would be more and newer hooks in the bathroom areas for all the towels and to switch from the older bunkbed style to two twins in the third room. Would def recommend!

The master bath was awful. I couldn't move in the shower and my husband is 6'8" and couldn't fit in the bathroom or the shower! I had to clean the stovetop and lighting fixture. It was an ok place but definitely not for us in the future. No one in ofc told us how to park so a neighbor left us a note. Wasn't a great experience.

Great location! One block to the beach and two blocks to the main strip with bunch of restaurants and shops. The place was comfortable for six of us (all above age 13).

Great location

Overall a great stay, right off the beach and the boardwalk. Unit was overall clean. Only downside is very transparent sounds from the unit above us (voices and toddler running around early each morning)

Only "suggestion" is to put recessed lights in the living room. I thought it was too dark but not a huge deal - maybe just my issue since I love light and brightness.

Overall we were very happy with the place. The amount of space worked well for us, it was well decorated, and it was so quick to get to the beach. We made good use of the outside showers. The inside sinks may need cleaned as they drained slowly. If I had any suggestions for improvements I would say that the kitchen needs some additional supplies - more plates, bowls, a vegetable peeler, etc. The front door deadbolt is impossible to open so we only used the lower lock. There is an iron but no iron board which was odd. The vacuum didn't seem to work so we couldn't vacuum the rugs during the week. Lastly- there wasn't a good place to hang towels or suits to dry. The back door needs a walkoff mat and the front door needs a larger one. On a side note we loved the shower heads so much we ordered some for our house!

The only disappointment was the primary bedroom with very old toilet and a new shower would be nice. Seemed odd the flooring was all new, but molding along floor was still old and dirty. Hopefully, it's in next year plans to improve and we plan to stay again! Kitchen has the basics but not too much if you cook a lot. We took advantage of all the restaurants near by!

Multi Family Beach Trip

We were two families that came together on a trip to Rehoboth Beach. My friend and her daughter, and myself and my two daughters stayed here together. Sleeping accommodations are very comfortable. We were a group of 5 and there was plenty of space for everyone. The bedroom with the queen bed has a shower in it and a small water closet. There is a stackable washer and dryer in the other bathroom that we made good use of, it did well. The place is clean and decorated nicely and everything works. AC was nice and cool. Parking was easy to get in and out of, no worries about anyone blocking you in. You have your own tandem spot so you can park two regular sized cars, or in our case we had one oversized SUV, and extended length Ford Expedition and it fit. There's a regular size fridge to bring home drinks and leftovers. My only minor complaint is that the keys/locks to get into the home are very worn and it was challenging to unlock the doors. It takes a special touch. Also, in the main bathroom there is evidence of prior water damage in the ceiling and peeling paint and such. That didn't bother us at all, and there is no mold to note, but if you picky about aesthetics then that might bother you. Otherwise the home was immaculate and neutrally decorated and a very pleasant stay.

Great location!

Pros: I have to say that the property is located in a perfect spot. It’s very close to the ocean and boardwalk. The property is very cute and decorated nicely. Off street parking is handy especially in peak season. Cons: When we arrived after hours, we got to the property and found it had a heavy urine smell. It is a pet friendly property. The property manager was willing to send someone to clean carpets and floors, but we had several commitments and didn’t want to have to work around cleaning people for the time that we were there. We got several air fresheners and that seemed to help. The second issue was that for 2 days there was street and driveway construction that made it difficult to enjoy the property. We (and apparently the property manager) were not informed. They were digging up the street and also poured concrete in the carport that we were parked behind. If we had needed to get out of the parking spot, we would have needed the contractor to move the concrete mixing truck. It was unfortunate that the property manager was not informed of this construction.

The LVT floor is greatly appreciated as a surface that seems cleaner over time than carpet. There is no outside space which we would have appreciated. They need to buy a new sofa-- the existing one is decrepit. There are no enclosed outdoor showers; the hose and showers are open air - we prefer enclosed outdoor showers. The kitchen is small but serviceable. The living space is also small- would be crowded for 6 people-- we were only 3 so it was fine. Bedding was fine. The master bath is comically small-- the shower stall opens into the bedroom-- quirky but not unusable. Heavy footed upstairs neighbors were audible but quiet at night so no biggy. Overall would like a slightly bigger apt.

Great location and nice updates

This unit was perfect for our family! The updates are great, the beds were comfortable, and and there’s lots of space. Parking was great and the location couldn’t be better — 120 barefoot steps to the beach. The master bathroom is handy too.
