This new construction Modern Farmhouse is an open concept, with a chef's kitchen that opens onto a covered screen porch with attached grilling deck. All the yard space you could need for family games, pets, or just sunning on the deck. A beautiful place to relax and enjoy the cool mountain breeze.

Very clean and spacious home with massive screened in porch. Street out front can get a little busy/loud but short drive to town and everything was very comfortable.

Ben is great. The home is beautiful and very comfortable and it is first class in every way. The location is ideal and the home is very relaxing - we loved the huge screened-in porch. Accessing the home is about as simple as it gets. We can highly recommend Ben’s home for couples and families, and we hope to return again soon!

House was well furnished and comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed to make meals at home. House is close to the highway but the traffic dies down at night and didn’t impact us at all. The location is perfect for quick drive to town (less than 5 minutes). We went to Highlands almost everyday for use of the municipal pool and drive was easy to make.

Beautiful home in great location very close to downtown Cashiers. The house was immaculate and the beds were comfortable. If you are bringing a dog, the small fenced-in yard makes it easy for your pet's bathroom breaks. Beautiful great room and excellent, well-equipped kitchen. We will definitely stay here again!

Great home, close to town.

The location was great for the purpose of this trip being close Cashiers. House was very clean and well maintained. Fully functional kitchen and layout was great for bringing our dog on this trip to visit. Highly recommend the property!

Wonderful Getaway

Home was extremely nice, with a fantastic kitchen/dining/great room. Plenty of room for the family and dogs (fenced in side yard a great perk). Conveniently located to the Cashiers crossroads. We would stay here again.

We come to Cashiers a couple of times a month during season. This is hands down our favorite place to stay! Super clean, close to everything, pet friendly too!

My husband and I came up for the weekend to look at real estate and golf, the house was perfect!! Clean and super comfortable. The back screened patio was lovely, we enjoyed having coffee in the morning admiring at all the beautiful trees, so relaxing. Much needed rest. Thanks!
