4 Bedroom 3.5 Bath house in the Casa Del Mar neighborhood. Located on the west end of Panama City Beach 10 minutes to Pier Park and 5 minutes to 30A.

This property is beautifully decorated with no expense spared. The house has 4 levels but the elevator makes hauling in your luggage or groceries an ease. Just across the street from the beach, the 3rd and 4th floors offer great views of the water from their private balconies.

Property layout:
Ground Floor: 1 car garage, 1st bedroom with a queen size bed and attached private bathroom. Patio off the 1st bedroom.
2nd Floor: 2nd bedroom with queen size bed, attached private balcony facing the Gulf and attached private bathroom. 3rd bedroom with 2 full size beds, an attached balcony and private bathroom.
3rd Floor: Fully stocked kitchen, dining table, bar seating, Half Bathroom, Living room and another balcony overlooking the Gulf.
4th Floor: Loft bedroom with a full size bed and attached private balcony with a great view of the Gulf.

The neighborhood has a community pool just a few steps from the house. Parking: One Mid-size car fits in garage, + 2 parking spaces for mid-size SUV/cars. We can not accommodate Large SUVs in parking spaces.

- Reservation Details: Emails will be sent with a RES-XXXXX number, payment details and all necessary instructions. Please check your spam folder.
- Final Payment: The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the same credit card 30 days prior to your check-in date.
- Confirmation: Final confirmation with all necessary instructions for your stay will be sent via email on the same day.

Family Beach Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the first time we’ve stayed on the opposite end of Panama towards 30A and it is now by far our favorite. Our stay was wonderful, the house had all the dishes and accessories we needed to cook and even grill out. All the extra beach towels in the rooms were a plus. We also have never not stayed on the beach but the walk across to a non packed beach was definitely a perk! There were a ton of beach accessories in the garage for use, which the kids loved. We hope to re-book for next time.

Amazing Place near the Beach

Absolutely recommend this place! It was perfect for a family of 10. It was nice that it was so close to the beach that the kids could walk over anytime!

Property was in good location. Not as clean as it could have been. We enjoyed the pool being right out the back door. My experience however receiving my damage deposit has been horrible. We were accused of damaging the property and when I asked for proof, I was sent pictures of shower curtains that had mold and mildew stains around the rim of them; surely they aren’t blaming those stains from a week stay, dirty bathroom mats that would undoubtedly need to be washed before the next guest anyway, a dirty kitchen pot holder with normal wear, tear stain and wash wear, a dirty area on the floor form where a rug had been pulled up as a guest surely we weren’t responsible for pulling carpets and sweeping under them. Stains on the underside of rugs. In my opinion all things except the sand that was swept into a pile was from normal wear and use and not from a week stay. This was communicated to me after being told a month after the stay that my deposit was on the way then all of a sudden after I complained to the rental site 7 weeks later that I hadn’t received my deposit. It’s because we damaged the property by leaving DIRT behind on things that needed to be cleaned for the next guest anyway, we also were told we moved furniture ( a tv from the 1st floor to second) something that never happened. But either way this was never communicated to me until I complained about their unethical practice of keeping my deposit without letting me know what was going on

Overall nice stay

We enjoyed our stay in this great location. It was nice to be close to the pool along with a short distance to walk to the beach. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was stocked well. Plenty of space to spread out and also nice spaces to gather.

Great Place

Very clean, everything updated, and great location. Tons of space and really enjoyed the 4 story concept. Elevator was a plus. Close enough to the beach to easily walk. Would stay again.

Family Vacay

This house was amazing and very convenient location. The beach was a 4 minute walk from doorway to the end of the public entrance. They had so many things for guest to use: beach chairs, toys, wagons etc. Games and books for my grandchildren were a HUGE bonus. Grocery store super close. We just had such a wonderful time.

Great place to stay

This is a great place to stay. Right across the street from the ocean. The kitchen is fully stocked. There is even chairs, umbrellas, wagon for the beach. Highly recommend.

Great beach spot!

Very close to the beach and the beach was not crowded at all! The house was well appointed and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The elevator was very helpful in getting groceries in, and we appreciated the beach gear/towels that were available. Very happy with our vacation and would come back again!

Lovely

We stayed at this location with our best friends and their children. With 4 adults and 4 children we had plenty of room and privacy. We had the pool to ourselves every single day, and the location to the beach was incredible. Highly recommend this location.

Snowbird Trip

Spent the month of February at this condo to escape the cold weather at home. The condo was great and just as described, loved the location being so close to beach access. The elevator came in handy for groceries and my husband is disabled and unable to do stairs.

Very relaxing!

The location was awesome, close to the grocery store, Restaurants, Rosemary beach and even an easy drive to Seaside and Destin. We loved how everything was organized and available for us. Thank you for the use of the beach wagon and chairs. We grilled out the first night and really enjoyed that as well. The check in and out process was a breeze.

Great place for families!! We had an issue with the access code but management answered right away and was able to help us within a few minutes. Kitchen was fully loaded of everything we needed for making meals! 4 min walk to beach was amazing! We will be back! The only minor requests

Great beach getaway

Location was perfect for beach time. Minutes walk to beach access 93 & 94. It was more of a drive for food and shopping due to distance and temp. Property was really nice, well kept, clean, decorated very cute, with plenty of beach toys and outside shower available. Close to pool. Elevator was a definite plus when checking in and grocery shopping. Upper floors had a bit of an air conditioning challenge for our stay. Parking is very tricky if you have a pick up truck. Suited for cars or smaller SUV’s.

Beautiful, peaceful, convenient. Elevator was very helpful. Had almost everything, even beach stuff. Be sareful of signs in the property. Checkout infomation does not match what is s3nt to you. Assume earliest checkout time.

Great place!

This place allowed us to have a wonderful vacation! We came as two families from MO with four kids aged 10-17. The house was beautifully decorated and the location was great! The house was stocked well with the items that we needed and it was great to have a beach wagon and toys that we didn't need to bring with us. The plumbing in the whole house likely needs some work, but no serious complaints from us. The cold water wasn't cold at all, one of the sinks didn't drain and several of the faucets leaked or sprayed in strange directions. Nothing that was a deal breaker. The beach access was super close and the beach was not busy at all - almost like having a private beach. The water and the weather was absolutely amazing. We would 100% stay here again because we loved just about everything about this vacation!
