This home is perfect for peoples who are looking to be in a small private community and close to Palm Spring or Palm Desert.
Monthly Rentals Only (29 Days or more)
PLEASE CONTACT Owner prior to a reservation request as well as for accurate rate/quote as the VRBO system may give you higher than expected quote or double-booking secondary to any pending transaction/ reservations.
Rates, depending on the month.
All Utilities are included with the EXCEPTION of the pool Heating.
Daily Pool Healing available from October to May $ 75 per day.

My husband and I really enjoyed our home and keep it immaculate so others can enjoy it when we are traveling. Our home is very easy to maintain clean and we make sure you have all the comfort needed. We are on top of any situations and available 24 hours a day to answer any questions you might have.

We choose this neighborhood because it a small community and very quiet, Avery body know each other and feel very safe. The location is perfect, close to shopping and various restaurants and between Palm Springs and Palm Dessert makes it perfect.

Our home is NOT a mansion but super comfortable and easy to keep clean. The yard make you feel like you are in oasis.
