Great location and well appointed property. Parking was a bit too crowded and resulted in a ticket on first night. Because there were no spaces available when we returned to unit/lot.

Great place to stay! The place was perfect for our stay. We rented bikes and rode all over the city. Great location. Beds were very comfortable and bedding was perfect. Will definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Nashville.

Nice Apartment

The apartment was clean, comfortable and well appointed. Close to places to eat which was nice. Within minutes of driving to all the major attractions.

Great location in a great neighborhood for a quick visit.

We booked this location for a long weekend trip to nashville and it worked out perfectly. The size of the apartment was great and accommodated all of our friends. The beds were comfy and the hosts were super accommodating and quick to answer any questions I had. I read when booking that the building can be very loud and this did prove to be true, the walls seem rather thin. However, this didn’t bother us at all and it was a great stay!

CMA Fest

Was clean and very convenient location to everything. Only “issue” was there were no curtains in bedrooms and lights outside were VERY bright and shined in room even with blinds down and closed. Other than that had very pleasant stay!

Quick weekend trip to Nashville

This was our first time staying at the property. We loved the neighborhood and each day we ventured out on foot. We walked to many restaurants, bars, breweries and the farmers market. The homes and architecture made the walls enjoyable…so much to look at. When we took an Uber/Lyft, to and from Broadway, we never waited more than 10 minutes and we averaged $15/trip. We loved that Abode had a gate and required a passcode to enter onto the property. We would stay at this property again.

Never Again

Abode wanted all my personal information for the property rental a selfie with my drivrers liscene a picture of my credit card and id for my wife and daughter. I was pissed to send of my personal info never have a ever had to give such detailed info through vrbo. As a gave my opinion to abode about this they assured me that my personal security was their utmost importance well the security gates on the property were all broken and left wide open ! I then conatced then they said they were un aware of this . so what about my personal security?I was only able to talk to them via text so unprofessional never will I ever rent from abode again!!!!!

Perfect in every way!

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary in Nashville and stayed at the Germantown Abode. The unit was immaculate and just as beautiful as the photos. The staff was promptly responsive and helpful every time I contacted them leading up to our trip. Once there, I had no need to reach out. Germantown is a quiet, clean, quaint neighborhood. There were several good restaurants, a coffee shop and casual cafe within a few short blocks as well as a grocery store and liquor store. We also walked to Centennial Park, about a half-mile away. It was just beautiful! I highly recommend anyone visiting Nashville to take in their rich history. In the park was the "Farmer's Market" (more than just fresh produce), which is beautiful and includes the State Museum, beautiful memorials, and the state library. We Ubered to the downtown area to do the museums and Broadway which cost $6-7 each way --- well worth it. The only downside is that we would have liked to have been able to sit outside after returning home from a day out, but there is not common outdoor area, pool, or terrace. We substituted with a nightcap at the Butchertown Hall just a block down the street. I would highly recommend Abode and will use them again in Nashville or any city where they offer accommodations.
