Wake up to stunning views of the award-winning Riverwalk in Downtown Wilmington, overlooking the majestic Cape Fear River!
Have a cup of coffee or a glass of wine on your private balcony while you watch the boats and people pass by. Enjoy shops, bistros, restaurants, and tourist attractions all within walking distance from the condo.
All of the area beaches are just 20 minutes away and we are surrounded by beautiful golf courses and parks.
Recently decorated and updated furniture includes a luxury King sized bed, smart TVs in each room, and a washer and dryer in the closet. You will love this peaceful, private paradise!

**Parking is not included with this condo. However, the owner of the parking lot across the street offers our guests a discounted daily parking rate of $25/day, paid directly to the parking lot operators.***

Great location. Nice place to relax or walk to a restaurant and or bar in just minutes. Down side would be that Parking is a pain and not free or cheap.

Overall it was a nice comfortable stay. We were informed that the awning was not available but not having it on that 90 degree weekend maybe the deck uncomfortable. Next time, to get the view, we will plan better

What a great stay - location was even better than expected! The host was responsive, answered all my questions, parking was exactly as explained and super easy. Would love to stay at this property again as there is so much to explore or just sit and enjoy the view. Thank you.

Property appeared clean but had safety hazards. Shortly after arrival, a blind at a window to the balcony fell on me when I tried to raise it. On the balcony floor there was a large piece of molding with sharp nails exposed and facing up. The balcony appeared to have rotting wood on part of its floor. When I wrote to register my displeasure with the property manager, his response was not an apology, but to file a claim with the trip insurance for the blind he had not bothered to properly secure to the wall.I spent much of my stay with a heating pad on my neck as a result of the blind that fell on me. I have rented other condos at this address and was delighted with them. The location and views were nice.

I am sorry but we certainly did apologize. You didn't mention the damage until you checked out after a week's stay and didn't mention an injury for another 4 days after that. The blinds were ripped out of the wall with quite some force and caused damage to the door. Dozens of guests have stayed in the condo and used those blinds since they have been installed. The balcony is also not rotted.

We were pleased with just about everything. Cute place right in an amazing location. Ran out of toilet paper which was certainly inconvenient for a bit but they sent some pretty quick. We experienced brown water for an evening and couldn't shower but it might have been uncontrollable by the host. Host was nice but always directed me to rental info when I asked a question almost in defense. The posted guidance on how to rate the property was weird to me haven't seen that before. Parking was pretty expensive even with the rental discount. Trash was on the other side of the property to me awhile to find it. Nothing really big lots of little things but maybe I'm picky. Probably would go back.

We are glad that you were pleased with most things. We generally keep the condo pretty well stocked, but it was unfortunate you ran out of TP. The brown water was totally out of our control, that was on the city, but we know how much of an inconvenience that must have been. We also cannot control where the trash cans were placed. Parking is explained in the condo description and shouldn't have been a surprise. Unfortunately, it's becoming harder to find free parking in such an ideal downtown location. We are glad that despite a three star rating, you would be willing to come back, that says a lot!

Perfect anniversary spot

My husband and I loved this location for our anniversary! Its spot right on the water had a fantastic view and was near lots of great restaurants! The place was clean and had everything we needed!
