Get a glimpse of all the natural beauty the Black Hills has to offer. This cozy four-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bath home enjoys a quiet locale sitting on 20 acres. It features a hot tub, a sauna, and a fully lit sand volleyball court. It has three bedrooms on the main floor, along with an additional bedroom in the basement. It has two full kitchens and plenty of space for the whole gang. With stunning views of the surrounding area, the beautiful backyard is a wonderful place to relax with friends and family during a long and rejuvenating vacation.

THINGS TO KNOW

This property is managed by Vacasa South Dakota LLC.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Fantastic house, great location, lots of space!

We had a very comfortable stay here with our family of 5. We enjoyed the extra space, attention to detail, comfortable bedrooms, and the grounds. The location was great for our activities in Rapid City, Keystone, and Sturgis.

Our family really enjoyed staying at this home. It's spacious, in a quiet neighborhood and close to places we visited! Building a fire, relaxing in the hot tub and being out in the snow was the best part. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect for a large family

Lots of beds for everyone and well supplied kitchen amenities. Beautiful location but close enough to Rapid City for local family to pop over. The carpet had some stains but our main negative was that the thermostat was locked and you have to text to get it changed. It was initially hot but the weather shifted and then it was too cool. Otherwise, had a great time and loved the house.

Great place!

Perfect set up for a large family! The extensive deck was our favorite place to spend time. The communication was wonderful with the owners! The mattresses could all use replaced but otherwise it was great. If you are staying with a reactive dog, there is a neighbor dog that roams the neighborhood and spent every day on our deck with us. It didn’t bother us, because our dog is dog friendly, but could create an issue with a reactive dog. She’s very sweet! I would definitely recommend this place for a large group!

This house was so big! The listing says it’s a 4 bed 3 bath but it’s really a 5 bed 3 full bath and 2 half baths. Plus has 2 full kitchens, a game room, and a living room and dining room in the basement as well. This accommodated our family of 10 no problem. We all had our own space. Plus the neighbors dog, Sage, came over to visit and the kids loved it. Only issues we had was trying to work the ceiling fans and not having access to change the temp to what we like to be comfortable. It was very hot at night especially in the master suite.

Crooked Canyon

Great place but failed to mention laundry d[r needed to be closed for a/c to work in bedrooms. Proprty manager never responded to our request why a/c didn't work.

Lots of room for all

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The location gives a great feeling of disconnecting while also plenty close to Rapid City. We had 9 adults and 3 children and we never felt crowded. We had an early family Christmas and the home was beautifully decorated for the season. A couple of minor surprises: there is zero cell service. Wifi worked great once we were connected. There are no extra linens provided so we were unable to use the hide-a-beds (and when we pulled them out, cleanliness was not ideal). The kitchen had nearly everything we could need. We didn't end up using the hot tub, but the sauna was lovely. Overall we enjoyed our stay and made plenty of memories!

Huge house

The house was nice and big for our party of nine but we were disappointed in the air conditioning! There were two units that were both locked and we had no access to. We send two messages to the peppery manager and they did turn it down hit it was right back up to 78 degrees! That is too hot to sleep. We paid a lot of money for the cabin and would have liked to have been more comfortable with our stay.
