Wake up to breathtaking oceanfront views from this beautifully updated one-bedroom villa—yes, the balcony view is exactly as pictured! This cozy retreat features a king bed, children’s bunks, and a queen sleeper sofa, comfortably sleeping the whole family. The full kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook at home. Just steps to the beach and a short walk to Coligny Plaza with shopping, dining, and entertainment close by. The Lowcountry Celebration Park is right across the street and is a great place for the kiddos as well as adults, lots of great bands and activities throughout the year.

Seaside is a gated oceanfront complex just steps from the beach and within walking distance to Coligny Plaza, the Tiki Hut, and Lowcountry Celebration Park. Enjoy restaurants, shopping, and entertainment all just a short stroll away, making it the perfect location for a fun and relaxing Hilton Head getaway! 🌊🏝️

As longtime Hilton Head locals, we've been owning and renting condos here since 2002. We own several villas in the complex and personally manage a few others, ensuring top-notch hospitality. Living on the island means we're always nearby if you need anything—or just a great restaurant recommendation! We have a great cable package that includes HBO Max, Hulu, ESPN, Peacock, Paramount Plus, AMC Plus, Disney and the Tennis channel.

Biking is the most common form of transportation in the area, rentals are available in walking distance. There is also a free trolley that runs all over the island and picks up across the street about every 20-30 minutes.

Can only occupy 1 parking spot. There are spots under the building that can hold 2 vehicles, but all parking is 1st come. Only 1 parking permit will be issued, don't block anyone in.

Room was just as advertised. Bed was comfy, beautiful view, walking distance to restaurants. Check in and out was very easy. The host was very helpful and reponses were very quick. We enjoyed out stay and would stay again.

Great beachfront stay!

A perfectly located beach front condo on HHI. Very walkable to Coligny Square with lots of restaurants, shopping and a playground. The pool access was steps away. The view was wonderful, we saw lots of wildlife while sitting outside enjoying our morning coffee. Being beach front made it easy to come back for little ones nap midday. We will stay again!

Online description of booking was very accurate. Communication with the property manager was excellent. Unit was clean and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything that you need. The location was close to many dining options. The view from the chairs on the balcony was spectacular.

Beautiful ocean view

We came for the Olukai Lowcountry Boil kayak/SUP race & we enjoyed our stay, especially having meals on the balcony with the roar & view of the ocean. Thanks to the screen door on the sliding glass door, we loved hearing the ocean from the inside too!

Everything was as described. Beach was a close walk. Kitchen had everything needed to cook. Updated nicely. Communication with host was met with very a quick response- no issues just a question about rentals. Washer and dryer wasn't far from the unit. Overall wonderful place. Iv

Perfect getaway

Communication was great, location couldn’t have been better! Walked down to the beach with the chairs provided and walked to multiple restaurants. There are even more restaurants 2 miles away that we drove to. Went into Savannah one of the days ~1 hour away. This was a perfect getaway for my husband and myself.

Perfect little spot for us!

Cute, tiny villa with a beautiful view. We saw rabbits & deer with the ocean just behind them. Great location! Short walk to the beach. Shopping and restaurants nearby. Communication and instructions from the host was easy and straightforward.

Updated condo. Private Balcony w/great view.

Condo has been updated, new appliances etc. and very clean. Check in instructions were clear and easy to follow. Host was nice and communicated well. I’ve stayed in several of the Seaside condos and this is the best one so far. It has it all: location, modern, clean and an amazing view. My only issue was with the TV which is wired and there was no way to move connection to wireless in order to stream or cast. I ended watching TV on my laptop But having a 2 min walk to beach. A peaceful and direct ocean view from balcony made up for the lack of streaming capabilities. I ate breakfast out there everyday. Seaside complex is quiet. Not a party place. If you want a few drinks, there is an ocean front tiki bar on the beach.

Paradise By The Sea

It was a quick Labor Day weekend getaway. Being from Charleston, we thought it was time to see Hilton Head. This property was the perfect location. Sitting on that balcony with a cold beverage was just what we needed. The condo was a perfect size for my wife and I. Communication with Kendall was very helpful. Her information was spot on and made our check in very easy. The condo was very clean and comfortable and all of the ammenties were as advertised. Being so close to Coligny Plaza was very convenient for restaurants and shopping. Did i buy a Piggly Wiggly t-shirt from the grocery? Uh, Yeah!!! We had a wonderful stay and I highly recommend this condo.

Nice Villa

Unit was just as described. Ocean views were great and complex was quiet. We saw deer and rabbits right from our balcony. Communication with host was simple as was check in and check out. Would rent again perhaps in off season when beaches aren’t as crowded. Proximity to Coligny beach access and shopping made for crowds but that’s expected during peak times I suppose. All in all, great place to stay!
