Brand new renovation for 2022. Excellent Ocean Front View! Yes that first picture is the view from the balcony of this newly renovated one bedroom Seaside Villa. Everything is new this year. Condo features a queen bed and children's bunks in the bedroom and a queen sleeper in the living room. Full kitchen with everything you need to cook a meal. Located just 2 blocks from Coligny Plaza with dining, shopping and entertainment as well as within walking distance to the new Celebration Park.

Paradise By The Sea

It was a quick Labor Day weekend getaway. Being from Charleston, we thought it was time to see Hilton Head. This property was the perfect location. Sitting on that balcony with a cold beverage was just what we needed. The condo was a perfect size for my wife and I. Communication with Kendall was very helpful. Her information was spot on and made our check in very easy. The condo was very clean and comfortable and all of the ammenties were as advertised. Being so close to Coligny Plaza was very convenient for restaurants and shopping. Did i buy a Piggly Wiggly t-shirt from the grocery? Uh, Yeah!!! We had a wonderful stay and I highly recommend this condo.

Nice Villa

Unit was just as described. Ocean views were great and complex was quiet. We saw deer and rabbits right from our balcony. Communication with host was simple as was check in and check out. Would rent again perhaps in off season when beaches aren’t as crowded. Proximity to Coligny beach access and shopping made for crowds but that’s expected during peak times I suppose. All in all, great place to stay!

Great weekend stay

For a weekend getaway this was a great condo. Kendall was easy to work with and very responsive.
