Fullt remodeled home in the heart of Dunedin. A literal stones throw away from the Blue Jays Spring Training Stadium and located on the Pinellas Trail. Walking distance to vibrant downtown Dunedin with plenty of bars/breweries/restaurants. Walk two blocks to the ocean and watch the sunset over the gulf. In unit washer/dryer, new appliances and stocked for full meals in home if you desire.Two queen beds, dining/family room, spacious patio with outdoor seating, and off street parking.

There are two homes on this property, with shared outdoor space. Possibility to rent the entire space, message for availability. Additional 1bed/1bath tiny home on the property (not included on this listing). One parking spot is guaranteed

Perfect!

We came to celebrate Kirk’s 70th birthday with friends from the area. The cottage was exactly what we expecting..even more! The hosts are great! We will be back!

Great Stay

My husband and I just spent the month of March at Denay’s lovely home in Dunedin, Fl. From start to finish, our stay was wonderful. Our check in was very smooth. We arrived at night and there were lights on for us, which was nice. The home is beautiful, very clean and spacious and well equipped for a longer stay. The location can’t be beat. You are literally right next to the Pinellas trail and across the street from Blue Jays stadium and also a short walk to downtown. Denay is a superb host. She responds very quickly and addressed a few minor concerns that came up very promptly. She even sent us over a brand new Keurig coffee maker when we asked for one! We enjoyed many pleasant mornings sitting on the porch with our morning coffee. We also appreciated that her home is pet friendly. It was great to have our dog with us for the month. We would not hesitate to stay here again and we highly recommend Denay’s home to anyone looking for a great place in Dunedin.

great access to downtown Dunedin. Lovely backyard. Shared with friendly guests in the back. VERY clean. Loved the couch and the kids toys. The snacks were a nice touch too when we arrived. Would definitely stay here again. Playground right across the street.

Mike and Denay are local real estate agents with a passion for providing their guests with an exceptional stay in their beloved area. They are happily married with three kids and two pups. They only purchase homes close to a "downtown" area filled with shops, restaurants, playgrounds, breweries and other local attractions. They have lived in most of their short term rentals, therefore the homes have been tailored to be a true "home away from home".
