You will enjoy a spacious backyard with a propane grill, along with a covered seating area. Dine alfresco or enjoy your morning beverage.
The addition of the den will give you and your guests plenty of space to spread out and each has its own TV, so you don't have to argue over what to watch :-)

I am the host of this property and originally came from Philadelphia. As an avid sports fan, I came to Clearwater/Dunedin area for Spring Training baseball back in the 80's and made plans to stay! I hope I can help make your stay the best one!

The owners chose this neighborhood because it was walkable to downtown, 2 blocks from the Pinellas Trail where they like to ride their bikes, and to head to the marina for the gorgeous sunsets! The house is in a residential area, so you will feel right at home.

The house is on a corner lot, directly on Douglas Ave, so you can watch the golf carts drive by as well as sit in the large backyard and eat al fresco.
