We are pleased to present this stunning three bedroom home situated above Old Town with sweeping views of Park City. Walk one minute out the door and you're at the slopes of Park City Mountain, or four minutes down the quaint steps to historic Main Street with its many restaurants and shops. Centrally located, a five minute Uber ride will bring you to Deer Valley Resort.

Enjoy great outdoor space a large deck with expansive views of Park City, dinning table, gas fire to enjoy the evenings, chef's gas grill, and a wonderful private hot tub.

The living room features a brick encased fireplace and modern decor with a sectional sofa and flat screen TV. In the kitchen, enjoy everything you might need to create a delicious meal and enjoy it around the dining table which seats up to six.

Upstairs from the living space, the master bedroom occupies its own level featuring a king-sized bed and ensuite bathroom. The main level of the home includes the bunk bedroom with its own bathroom and a sleep sofa. Lower level, you'll find a queen-sized bed with its own bathroom which leads out to the private hot tub.

This home includes a private washer and dryer, and our summer visitors will enjoy air conditioning (be careful, many Park City homes, particularly in old town, do not have).

You will enjoy little luxury touches that are the hallmark of Luxury Mountain Destinations / Canyons Village Rentals, including luxury L'Occitane amenities, high thread count luxury linens, robes, and more.

Fun Location - Get Ready to Climb Stairs

This is a great property. It was clean and well-appointed. Whoever organizes the kitchen needs brownie points as most rentals have things stuck in random places. Not here! The only negatives here, and to be clear, we'd still go back, are the following 1) if don't like climbing stairs, this would be a challenge. Great staircases down to main, but the climb back is a lot. If you are elderly. just be aware 2) the owner's suite is on the 3rd floor. Though the property does have AC, the western sun hits that room in the afternoon so it stays warm up there. There is a box fan in the closet so be sure to set that up before you go to bed! And don't leave the blinds open! Overall a great stay and the maintenance text line is very responsive.

Excellent ski in/ski out location

The location of the home is excellent, with easy (walkable/skiable) access to both the slopes and downtown Park City. The kitchen is very well stocked for cooking in. The hot tub was exactly what was needed after a day of skiing.

Girls Weekend

Great place for a girls weekend in PC….Cute, quiet, spacious. We had great views of the fall colors. It’s a short walk or drive to Main Street. However, be prepared for a lot of steep stairs if you plan on walking to Main Street.

Relaxing Respite

My wife and two young adult children had a great week in this lovely spot. It was just right for us. The accommodations were just great: beds, bathrooms, kitchen, living room, hot tub, deck, parking, laundry. The house is several blocks above Main Street, so be prepared for lots of steps down and up. It was also steps away from awesome hiking and mountain biking trails leading up the mountain. And the sunset views of the valley looking north were amazing. I highly recommend this spot.

Summer vacation

We enjoyed everything about the house. Stairs from Main Street were somewhat annoying, but we knew that going into the stay so I would not consider that a negative. Management notified us the house was ready early which was a huge bonus.

Beautiful top to bottom

We loved our stay at the oasis in park city. Tucked above Main Street with an east 5 min walk to town. Great location great rooms and space. Nothing missing. We were there during a huge heat wave so only suggestion is a fan in the top room. Otherwise perfection!

Beautifully styled home with all the amenities

Beautifully styled home with all the amenities. Stairs accessing downtown Park City are only steps away. An added bonus was a hiking trail that took you to the Park City Town Lift Run.

Stayed 2 nights before a wedding in salt lake. Beautiful home- very nice. Enjoyed the hot tub and proximity to Main Street. Would love to visit again once summer activities open!

Great place to stay right downtown!

Three of us recently stayed here for a girls' college reunion weekend! The place was lovely! There are lots of levels and stairs but it is updated, clean and well laid out. The kitchen was well stocked...there was coffee and filters...and we were even greeted with a nice bottle of wine! And the bathrooms were supplied with wonderful starter soaps and shampoos. The communication with the management company was great! Location is fabulous--again, LOTS of stairs between this property and Main Street but very close and easy to access! I would highly recommend!

Great location, steps away from a flight of stairs that takes you right down to main street. Beautifully designed home, warm fireplace, cozy living space, and comfortable, well-appointed bedrooms. Perfect our group of two couples. We would stay here again.

Great Park City House!!

The house was wonderful, great patio for hanging out, nice BBQ and fire pit on the table. Very quiet street, easy access to hiking, and downtown. There are lots of stairs to get downtown, but enjoyed having the view being above downtown. The set up of the house is great, and the big TV and jacuzzi were a plus. We had a wonderful time, and plan to come back!!

Great location, great for families

This property was exactly as described. Great location for all Park City adventures. The house was well furnished and stocked with everything we needed, including humidifiers for each bedroom which helped in the mountain air!

Amazing location and views!

This Park City townhome came with everything that our family needed. The hot tub was wonderful. There were many large TVs, a fully furnished kitchen, and lots of games to enjoy with the kids. Restaurants and hiking were just steps away. We would love to return!

Great Location and Layout

We enjoyed the location and the views of the rental. Everything seemed to be updated. There were a few things that needed to fixed, but it is a new rental and they were great to communicate with and jumped on fixing issues immediately.

I love this place!

My expectations were high and this property didn't disappoint. Great location! Wonderful view! Cozy vibe! Everything is brand new so it felt clean and fresh. I'm already looking at my calendar to see when I can get away to this fabulous property again.
