117 Windward Village is a beautifully updated 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom dog-friendly condo located in Shipyard Plantation. With new furniture and decor throughout, this thoughtfully outfitted property will quickly because your favorite Hilton Head vacation spot!

The open concept living area features comfortable furnishings, a sleeper sofa and a large flat screen TV. The dining area is behind the living room and has seating for 6, as well as access to the private porch through sliding glass doors.

The owners of this home have designed a unique sunroom, right off the kitchen- perfect for cozying up with a good book! The galley-style kitchen has stainless appliances, granite counters and a tile back splash.

The master bedroom is located on the first level. This room has a new king bed for May 2024, flat screen TV and a bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The guest bedroom is located up a set of spiral stairs. This loft style room has a queen bed, twin bed and a desk area. The private bathroom features a walk-in shower with dual vanities.
Please indicate how many car passes you will need. Car passes are $35 plus tax for the stay. 2 Car Passes Max.

A non-refundable fee of $225.00 per dog plus tax is required if you are bringing a dog. Max is 1 dog; 30lbs or less.

Windward Village is conveniently located near the Pope Avenue entrance in Shipyard Plantation. The condo is just a quick 10 minute bike ride to both the Shipyard Beach Club and the Coligny Beach. Guests of Windward Village have access to a community pool, hot tub and firepit area.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
