Located just 5 min. from downtown by car and 2000 feet from the Reedy River, Swamp Rabbit Trail, and Greenville's newest park, Unity Park. A short walk on the trial brings one to a food hall and breweries.
2 queen beds, 2 full baths with full kitchen and living room. 2 smart tv's for logging into your favorite streaming services. I also have this listed on Airbnb

My 8 year old daughter and I just stayed here and it was exactly what I was looking for. Cozy, clean, comfortable, and very conveniently located. We were able to ride our bikes directly to the Swamp Rabbit Trail and go anywhere we wanted in downtown Greenville without driving. Would definitely stay here again!! Thank you for being such great hosts!!

This house was just right for us. Kitchen was very well stocked. Kitchen was a delight to use. The house was very comfortable and about 10 minutes from downtown. The nearby Swamp Rabbit trail was a pleasant surprise. We would definitely stay here again and have recommended it to our friends

Very nice and clean place! The coffee and drinks were a nice hospitable touch:) We did have trouble not seeing the ditch off the side of the driveway entrance. A smaller car could have issues with that. Other than that, everything was great!

This property was in an excellent location for downtown, two close separate areas to get to the Rabbit trail and close access to breweries and restaurants. The neighborhood is in a transitional area and the neighbors we met are very nice. My friend and I had a very nice time and visited several nice wineries after hiking. House was very nicely updated with everything we needed and very comfortable bedding. We had a great visit.

The home was very clean and well stocked with all of the items you need for a stay. The owner was very quick to answer any questions we had before and during our stay. The home was also very close to downtown Greenville making it very convenient to explore! Will definitely stay again!

Very cute house and very clean. The pictures are accurate. The neighborhood is quiet and we felt safe during our entire stay. The host are very responsive. We would stay here again!

Very easy access to DT Greenville and other areas! Definitely in an up and coming neighborhood.. the neighborhood looks a bit worn but don’t let it fool you. We felt safe and didn’t have any noise except a bit of traffic on the street in front of the house ( I wonder if that was because of the bridge construction close). The house was super clean and comfortable! Would highly recommend

I chose to buy this property due to it's proximity to downtown Greenville, the Swamp Rabbit Trail (SRT), and the city's newest park, Unity Park. The neighborhood is an up and coming area, but I have had only good relations with my neighbors. My wife and I have frequently run and walked from the house to the SRT just like any other neighborhood.
