Overall, the stay at Seabatical was wonderful. We enjoyed the private feel of the property, along with the pool and citrus trees in the yard. We would definitely stay there again.

Spectacular Home!

Prime location for stay at the big island. The house came equipped with everything you would need on vacation. The pool and view in back yard was breath taking.

Private and relaxing stay

Our family of five had a relaxing and fabulous stay at this property. The furnishings and beds were super comfortable. Everyone had ample space and the outdoor pool and lanai were a great addition for a fabulous week in Hawaii. Management was great when we had a few very small issues. Loved the location And the proximity to so many fun adventures in Hawaii

Amazing Vacation Home

This property was perfect for our vacation with 4 adults and 4 kids. The property was beautiful and incredibly well stocked. We appreciated all the kitchen's amenities and the snorkels, boogie boards, etc. Location was great for beach days and we used the Hilton pass twice. Property management was incredibly responsive and helpful when we had a question. Would highly recommend this beautiful home!

Family Retreat

The property had the perfect location, amenities, and equipment for an infant. We enjoyed our stay and took advantage of the grill, pool, bikes, resort access, and beach items. The home gave us the opportunity to enjoy exploring the island as well as relaxing in a comfortable family retreat. We would definitely book the home again. Mahalo!!

Spacious, private, beautiful!

We have stayed at many private rentals in the Waikiloa/Mauna Lani area and this was a real standout! Location is perfect being close to the highway, just minutes from either Foodland in Mauna Lani or Island Gourmet is Queens Shops….highlight was the private pool with gorgeous foliage wall…..lots and lots of different spaces for group meals or even solitude if you need it! Thanks for a great space!👍

Paradise

Very nice house in paradise with pool, perfect location close to beaches, shopping, restaurants. Property managers were very responsive when we had a backed up shower drain. All the extras with the house like the bikes and beach gear were very nice. Definitely will be back next year.

Waikoloa vacation lava rocks home

Great property. Easy to get to once you land. Awesome home with separate Ohana master bedroom with so many amenities. My family enjoyed the backyard under the lanai. Swam in the pool almost everyday. Utilized the bbq twice. My wife had her coffee on our personal lanai each day we were there. There were 2 by the way. And we watched tv outside on what was an outdoor family room. All the gear you need for a beach day. Even took one of the bikes for a quick ride around the neighborhood and resort. A real treat. Hope to stay again.

Amazing Family Experience

Our family of seven had an amazing time at this property. Having your own pool elevates the experience to a new level. The home's location was super convenient to restaurants, shopping and getting around. The house is located in a residential area, which was super quiet and peaceful. Maybe just a couple of small items, which the management could improve on is repairing the pool lights. They did not work and it was very dark in the evenings. We called to have someone look at this, but no one came. The bicycle's all need repair as they all were almost undrivable. The other item is no one from the management reached out to just see if we needed anything. Other than that we would totally rent this property again.

Lovely Abode for Solace and Entertainment

The Island Seabatical house is well kept, well - stocked, and well cared for. One could easily spend your entire stay outside in the incredibly large backyard. The pool is consistently heated, large, and also receives sunlight for a large portion of the day, even in the winter hours. Plenty of pool floats and toys. There is a high-top table, dining table, and couch / chairs with a coffee table outside for hosting your crew and eating, drinking, watching TV / movies while enjoying the outdoors. BBQ to your heart's content. Ample space inside the home as well and the completely separated Ohana suite is great for visitors with two different groups or multi - generational families. The Ohana suite even has its own outdoor space with BBQ. Finally there are plenty of items for outdoor beach and exercise activities in the garage and an outdoor shower for when you return from the beach. Management and maintenance staff is very responsive when reaching out and / or if you have an issue. Overall, very good value for your money. We would stay here again and entertain another Paradise in Hawai'i property also based on this experience.
