EVERYTHING IN THIS UNIT IS LIKE NEW: BEDS, COUCH, APPLIANCES, AND CENTRAL AIR. SUPER CLEAN! 1/2 BLOCK WALK TO BEACH AND BOARDWALK. CLOSE TO JENKINSON'Sj, AQUARIUM, AND AMUSEMENTS. THURSDAY NIGHT FIREWORKS.

LIVE MUSIC AT THE TIKI BAR!!

**WE DO NOT SUPPLY TOWELS**

INCLUDES:
2 BEACH PASSES
1 PARKING SPOT (Parking passes are provided for street parking)

IMPORTANT!!
If a beach pass or a parking pass is lost there will be a fee of $100 per pass.

If you park another car in a reserved spot that car will be towed, and additional $100 per day will be charged to you.

If there is damage to the Unit or property a charge will be sent to you depending on what was damaged.


Check-In Time: 2 pm

Check-Out Time: 10 am

Adminl Fee: $25.00

Cleaning Fee: $125.00

Refundable Security Deposit:
Security Deposit should be paid 2 weeks prior to your arrival.

Payment Terms:

50% Of Rental Amount Due Upon Acceptance of Reservation.

Cancellation Policy:

Travelers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 30 and 60 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund.

Stayed here with a girlfriend for a couple of days, it served its purpose for the time being but not sure if I would ever stay here again. The location was amazing but the unit itself was very small. Also apparently I missed in the “house rules” section that this unit does not supply any towels to guests which was very inconvenient and unheard of. Keep that in mind when booking. Also, there was only 1 mirror in the bedroom, had to order another mirror just to get ready at night. Other than that the unit was clean and again served its purpose.

Great location right by the beach and close to restaurants, boardwalk, etc. Easy checkin, great communication. Not a big space, have to bring your own towels or rent ahead of time.

This was our first stay here and we were more than pleased. The room was clean and functional for a weekend stay. Just a short walk to the beach and restaurants on the water.

Weekend trip for soccer tournament

Just a quick trip to point pleasant- my self and 2 daughters ages 14-16. The place was very clean and the location was amazing.. just a few blocks in either direction to get you to the beach or jenkinsons.. will definitely be coming back!

The perfect little getaway

My boyfriend and friends and I stayed in Point Pleasant for the weekend. It was very clean and just a short walk from the boardwalk! Owner left us a little snack with a nice note as we were checking in late from a concert. Will definitely be going back

Couldn’t have asked for more!

We were blown away by how clean and welcoming this rental was. The beds are actually bigger than they look in pictures and extremely comfortable. We loved how close this condo was to the beach and boardwalk. The games that were provided for the children were a big plus! Every interaction with the host was easy and streamlined. If you are looking for a stress free kind of rental, look no further!!

Convenient location!

Place was clean, except for a musty smell. We used air fragrance, and it helped! It was a small space, so keeping it organized was a bit hard. The prime location near the beach was key. We could not find the recycle/garbage location as listed so it was placed approximately where they asked. Don’t forget your bedding, but Walmart is nearby!

Great place and close to the beach!

Very happy with our stay! The place was clean, easy to find, had a parking spot and close to the beach and boardwalk. My wife and 2 kids had a blast, however I would not recommend more than 4 people staying there.

Adequate place.

After they had my money and there was no time to find another place I find out that no linens are included. They provide one parking space and keep the other for themselves.
