Our home is located on the 2nd floor of a two-unit building and includes EVERYTHING YOU NEED to enjoy your time at the beach. Our home has a fully equipped kitchen (pots, pans, dishes, silverware, etc), WiFi/Smart TV in Every Room, a Dining area, Linens (sheets, beach/bath/hand towels), laundry, covered parking and more.

For those of you looking to enjoy a QUIET Vacation with your family, you have found the right place.
West Newport is (in our opinion) one of the best locations to live/rent in Newport Beach. From forty-seventh to seventy-fourth, W. Newport is home to many long-term and permanent residents of Newport spending their time enjoying the beach without all of the hustle and bustle of the Pier & Tourist Areas. Inclusive of the W. Newport Park, you will find everything from children's Jungle Gyms to Racquetball, Pickle Ball, Tennis, Volleyball, and basketball courts. For those looking to explore the Bay, we recommend launching your stand-up paddle boards and kayaks from Channel Park on 46th street.
The community of West Newport also has some great local restaurants. From breakfast at Cappy's Café to fine dining at Cucina Alessa, a home-cooked meal at the Spaghetti Bender (get the Gnocchi) to a sandwich at Tidepools or grab a Burrito on the run at Chronic Taco. There's nothing you won't find within a few minutes of home.
