🧴 The following STARTER SUPPLIES are provided:

🔹 Bar of soap per bathroom
🔹 One travel sized shampoo per bathroom
🔹 One travel sized conditioner per bathroom
🔹 Make-up removers per bathroom
🔹 Single sized dish liquid
🔹 Single sized dish washing detergent pack
🔹 Single use laundry washing detergent
🔹 Two large trash bags
🔹 Small trash bag for each bathroom
🔹 Roll of Paper towels
❌ We DO NOT provide maid service or restock linens during your stay.
🧳 We recommend that you bring your own beach towels, sunscreen, etc. with you or you can purchase these items from one of the many local grocery stores upon arrival.
🐶 PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED unless certified and vested service dogs in accordance with the ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act).
🦮 Service animals must remain with the guest at all times and cannot be left unattended inside the unit.

🚗 Upon arrival, please visit the front desk in the lobby to purchase your parking pass.
🆔 Guest must be 25 years old in order to obtain Parking Passes.
🔹PARKING PASSES are $55.00 per vehicle per stay. Maximum 2 vehicles allowed.
🔹Parking Pass Rate determined by the HOA and subject to change without notice.
🔹Parking is on a first come first serve basis. You may park in any open/unmarked space.
🔹NO boat, trailer and RV parking on-site.
🔹Parking pass must be visibly displayed in the vehicle at all times for Security to see.
🔹 Snowbird parking pass price is determined by the association. Snowbirds may be charged a different price for a monthly stay.
GETTING AROUND:
Phoenix VI is a beachfront resort located in Orange Beach, Alabama. The resort is designed for guests to be able to walk to most places they need to go. If you do want to venture outside of the resort, there are a number of shops, restaurants, and attractions located within walking distance or a short drive away.

The resort is pedestrian-friendly, with walkways to the amenities like the pools, the gym and the beach front itself.
🚲 Biking:
You can rent bikes to explore the area on two wheels.
