There's a reason the top-floor corner unit always goes first. Best views. Best light. Nobody above you. Step onto your private balcony with a morning coffee and you'll understand immediately why guests come back year after year. Gulf Place sits in the sweet spot of 30A, genuinely walkable in a way most of the corridor isn't, with a beach access point that stays quieter than the heavily trafficked stretches near Seaside and Rosemary Beach. Top Shelf is personally owned and managed. That means direct access to us throughout your stay, meticulous upkeep, and hosts who genuinely care whether your trip is great.



**Good to Know Before You Book**

◆ Maximum occupancy: 4 guests

◆ Booking guest must be 25+ and present for the entire stay

◆ No pets

◆ No parties or loud celebrations

◆ No smoking or vaping

◆ A short property-specific rental agreement is required after booking

◆ Refundable Security Hold:** A $300 credit card authorization hold is required for all reservations. **This is NOT a charge** and no money is collected unless documented damage occurs. The hold is placed shortly before arrival and released after checkout following inspection.

◆ Housekeeping provides a limited starter supply of essential items, including:

• Toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags

• Hand soap, dish soap, and cleaning supplies

• Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash

• Dishwasher pods and laundry detergent

• Coffee supplies (pods, grounds, filters, sugar substitute)

• Hot tub chlorine for guest use as directed

(These items are intended to get your stay started and are not restocked.)



Turtle Time Properties is a professional, software-connected host. This security hold is disclosed as part of the reservation requirements and is processed securely through our property management system.

We loved enjoying our coffee with a view of the ocean from the balcony each morning!! Wonderful, comfortable king bed. Great communication with host! Beach access was an easy walk just across the street. Condo was in perfect location to lots of bars and great restaurants. Looking to return ASAP!

Great place to stay

This was a good property , It was clean, great view to the ocean from the balcony, with a short walk to the beach. We have stayed in Santa Rosa before at Gulf Place and I love the area.

This was the perfect location to stay when I came to watch my daughter do her half marathon! Great restaurants and coffee shops nearby, and very close to the beach too! I will definitely stay here again if she is back!

This condo was perfect for my husband and myself. Kelli was very responsive to any questions we had before and during our stay. The condo is in an excellent location. We enjoyed not having to get in the car if we didn't want to and that we had several restaurants, coffee shops, retail shops, and a convenient store within the complex. The beach is so convenient, just a short walk across the street and views are spectacular. We will definitely visit this condo again!!

Wonderful family vacation

The location of this condo is fabulous! The view is more beautiful in person. The beach access was so convient, we enjoyed the pool on our way back from the beach to the condo. It was all just what we needed. We will definitely be returning!

Top Shelf was amazing!

We very much enjoyed our stay at Top Shelf! The accommodations were great- very clean and the updated condo was very nice. The location is perfect with close beach access, plus the other amenities and proximity to restaurants at Gulf Place. Kelli was super responsive to any questions we had! Great place just across from the beach. Floor plan is small enough to be efficient but large enough to stretch out and relax. Beautiful renovation.

Great stay!

Beautiful property! Very well represented by the description. We will be back. My only recommendation would be blackout curtains in the main bedroom.

Top Shelf

Nice, clean condo with upgraded interior! Walk-in shower a plus for us. Well-equipped kitchen. Good view from balcony. Would stay here again!

We personally own and manage Top Shelf, which means when you reach out, you're texting the owners directly not a property management company. You'll have our cell number before you arrive. We'll send a detailed digital guidebook covering everything about the condo and our favorite spots along 30A. Our goal is simple: for your stay to be effortless from check-in to checkout.

In a market full of ground-floor units and interior-facing rooms, Top Shelf holds the top-floor, corner position which means Gulf views most condos in this building simply can't offer. Gulf Place itself is the other reason. It's one of the few genuinely walkable communities on 30A: restaurants, boutiques, live music, pickleball, three pools, and quieter-than-average beach access all within steps, no car needed once you're here. For couples and small families who want the authentic 30A experience without the crowds, the traffic, or the long walks from an overflow parking lot, there isn't a better-positioned unit in the community.
