This 1-bedroom, 1.5-bath retreat has been thoughtfully updated with new flooring, fresh paint, shiplap accents, and beautiful new decor. The master bedroom offers a plush KING-size bed (our guests rave about how comfortable our beds are) with a brand new, tiled walk-in shower in the private bathroom. A recessed twin bunk area in the hall, with built-in lighting, USB chargers, and super-comfortable mattresses, is ideal for children.
The kitchen is stocked with essentials and features:

We visited 30A back in 2017 and fell in love with the area. The crystal clear water of the Gulf, the quaint shops and the delicious restaurants within walking distance make this one of our favorite vacation spots. We love that Gulf Place has a gated beach access for its guests, so we don't have to worry about the crowds. We also love having the convenience of wonderful restaurants and shopping within walking distance.
