The host made the check in process easy. She was easily accessible. The property itself, is in need of some upgrades and a deep cleaning. With a little talc, the property would be back in line with other properties we visited in the complex.

We didn't go to the pool but it looked really nice and they had a water umbrella for little kids. We didn't use it but there was a golf course across from the property.It was close to many dining places and we liked them all! They had Jersey Mikes, Chillis, McDonald's, two pizza places, a Red Robin, Long Horne, Texas Road House. All with in less than 2 miles.It was very close to Disney and we had no traffic when we went to Disney Springs and it was free parking.The host did call to ask how our stay was going and it was going well. TV's in every room. Might revisit this condo again!

During your stay, when concerns were brought to our attention, we responded promptly and worked to resolve the issues right away. We also refunded the cleaning fee as a gesture of goodwill, as guest satisfaction is very important to us. The condo is professionally cleaned and regularly maintained, and we continuously invest in its upkeep. While it may not be brand new, we take pride in keeping it comfortable and well cared for. We appreciate all feedback and will continue working to ensure every guest has a positive experience.

Paradise!

We loved everything about our stay at Tuscana resort! The only downside was the restaurant and bar not being opened but they’re working on that for next year! Fingers crossed! Thanks again!

Our overall experience was great!! The condo was very accommodating and comfortable and met all of our vacation needs. Our host was quick to listen and resolve a few issues that popped up during our stay and they were corrected in a timely manner. Our big disappointment was not the condo but of the description of the property amenities in the Vrbo listing. It advertised a pool side bar, resort restaurant and theatre room. When we arrived we found that all three of these items had been closed for 3 years. These amenities were a huge part of our decision for choosing this condo. Please be aware of your Vrbo descriptions and verify, if you can, what is listed is offered. Despite the short comings we would definitely revisit this condo,.
