Perfect location

House was exactly like the pictures. It was very nice and clean, easy for parking. We loved the location-it was close to everything we wanted to do.

Very nice house. There were some issues initially but we contacted the owner and he resolved them. The lighting could be better identified. There is one main switch that contols the middle of the house. There are feisty dogs on both sides that barked at our coming/going but eventually settled down.

Great weekend getaway

The property was very close to the beach and not too far from Pleasure Pier and the Strand. Great for a weekend getaway. The AC worked VERY well, and we had everything we needed to cook in the kitchen. Beds were very comfortable and we had plenty of room as a small family.

Sweet Find

First time staying in a rental and it was beautiful and true to form as described. Very clean, comfy bed and easy access to the beach. Both neighbors had loud dogs but we didn’t mind much as we love pets.

Great house and close to the beach!

Went here with some friends and my husband we had a really good time. The beach was great the house was located near restaurants, and the seawall would definitely stay here again

Perfect Beach House

This house is everything you would expect in an updated rental. Every room is immaculate and the beach decor is beautifully done. Our stay was very comfortable and renting was a user-friendly process. Already recommending this property to friends and family.

Second stay!

We came back this year because we loved this beach house so much! It was just as great! Very clean, in a quiet part of town. Excellent amenities. Near good restaurants and close to everything you need! Our whole family lives this place!

Wonderful Galveston Home

We loved this home in Galveston! The house was very clean, well decorated and the owner thought of everything we could need. Loved sitting on the porch in the morning with a cup of coffee and in the evening with a glass of wine. Close to everything! We will definitely stay again! Thank you

Beautifully appointed Galveston beach house.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was clean and well appointed. There was only one package of paper towels, and two dish washer detergent pods. There could also be a few more glassware. There were no spices or condiments. But other than that we had an excellent stay.

Restful Beach House

My husband and I enjoyed the well-laid out and nicely appointed beach house. It can be a great place for 2 couples. Both bedrooms had big comfy beds, with 2 separate bathrooms. Short drive to the Strand and other attractions.

Fun weekend stay

Just visiting Galveston for a 3 day weekend and chose this place for its easy access yo everything and walkability. The beds were exceedingly comfortable. We didn't spend a lot of time in and zero cooking so don't have a lot to comment there. But it was the perfect size for us two. Could walk to great brunch options in the morning. Really no negatives at all except both neighbors had lots of excitable dogs that barked at our coming and going, as well as visitors to their houses. (Only reason i didn't give location 5 stars)

Favorite place!

We stay in Galveston frequently and is our new favorite place. The house has that historic charm but with a fantastic remodel. The steampunk touches are awesome, the front room is bathed in morning sun, the porch furniture draws you in for a rest, and the location is great. Total winner.

Beachy gem in a wonderful location

From the very start, the owner was friendly and helpful! The house is very well-renovated with a beachy vibe that is just right…not overdone. It is clean, well-appointed, and comfortable with great bathrooms and kitchen. The front porch was a favorite spot; it catches the morning and early afternoon sun. Easy walk to the beach and restaurants. Thank you for helping make this a lovely getaway!!
