No. 102 at D Sands Condominiums is a privately owned studio condo affectionately named "Saving Pirate Ryan”. Despite its name, Saving Pirate Ryan offers a relaxing reprieve from day to day concerns. Enjoy the gorgeous view through a wall of windows and a ground-level patio, or brave the ocean blue via our easy, private beach access staircase. This condo is also one of only a few on the ground floor with a King bed for up to 2 people, and the bathroom features a walk-in shower.

Saving Pirate Ryan also comes equipped with a fully stocked kitchenette, complete with full-sized refrigerator, stovetop, oven, drip coffee pot, and microwave, and a small dining table to allow you to enjoy an oceanfront dining experience from the comfort of your condo.

The Unit of Association Owners, our HOA, provides Wi-fi and cable TV throughout the complex, as well as an indoor pool. D Sands Condominiums also features its own easy and private beach access so that guests can take full advantage of our oceanfront location and play in the sand and surf.

Centrally located in the middle of Lincoln City, this condo is an easy walk from Kyllo's, Lincoln City's favorite restaurant on the beach, a wine bar, Chinese food and so much more. If you walk 15-20 minutes on the beach to the north, you will find natural tidepools with all kinds of sea life. Or stay a little closer to home, and take in one of the most famous rivers in the world, the D River, the shortest river on the planet. The D River State Recreation Area is adjacent to the property, and provides even easier access to the beach in the form of a gradual slope.
