No. 104 at D Sands Condominiums is a privately owned studio condo named “Happiness Comes in Waves.” This privately owned studio condo offers timeless ocean views through a wall of windows and a ground-level patio that is steps away from an easy, private staircase entrance. This studio condo can comfortably sleep up to 4 people on a queen bed and sleeper sofa.

Happiness Comes in Waves also comes equipped with a fully stocked kitchenette, complete with full-sized refrigerator, stovetop, oven, drip coffee maker, and microwave, and a small dining table to allow you to enjoy an oceanfront dining experience from the comfort of your condo. Designed with thought towards those with mobility issues, Happiness Comes in Waves, has a ramp up to both the front door and back patio door, extra supports around the toilet, a wheel chair friendly sink, and a walk-in shower with a flexible shower head and shower seat. Our location near D State Recreation Area also allows guests to access the beach via a stair-free gradual slope.

Centrally located in the middle of Lincoln City, D Sands Condominiums is an easy walk or drive to Kyllo's, Lincoln City's favorite restaurant on the beach, a wine bar, Chinese food and so much more. A quick car ride can take you to the Chinook Winds Casino or the Lincoln City Outlets, not to mention all the other fun dining, shopping, and activity destinations in town.

If you walk 15-20 minutes on the beach to the north, you will find natural tide pools with all kinds of sea life. Or stay a little closer to home, and take in one of the most famous rivers in the world, the D River, the shortest river on the planet.
