The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. The indoor, heated salt water pool and hot tub can be accessed via a Pool Code on the North side of the Office building.

Other Things to Note:

This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility. The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.

Interaction with Guests:

D Sands Rentals manages all 63 privately owned beachfront condos. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day. We give you your space, but we’re available on-site if you need anything.

We had a great weekend! Love being right on the beach, love that it’s pet friendly! Never had issues with parking even though the lot is small-ish. Obviously older if you’re looking for things to complain about but overall extremely we had an extremely cozy and comfortable stay.

Family friendly and great access

Perfect getaway!

Getaway with my Daughter

Really nice location. Easy to get to the beach and wonderful views. No orca unfortunately. The unit had adequate kitchenware and spices! I would definitely come back to this unit.

Solo retreat

This place was perfect. Great ocean views and easy access to walk the beach. Loved the decor and amenities. It was a little hard to find which building my condo was in so a map of the buildings and unit numbers would be helpful with the check in email. The parking lot is a little tight, especially if trying to get in the covered spots for the south building (I drive a Chevy traverse for reference). I would definitely stay here again.

Fortunately, Lincoln City has a taxi service, a bus service, and a casino shuttle, because you are correct that Uber isn't always very reliable here. There's also a lot within walking distance of our location, including restaurants, an art gallery, and some shops to explore; and of course, there's easy beach access too. We really do appreciate the positive feedback, and we hope to see you again!

Lucky Find on 4th of July

We had very little time actually at the condo but the granddaughter's loved the ocean front view and watching seagulls. We also did have a little time to use the pool which was nice. Well appointed condo and had everything we needed. The only thing I would have liked were better pillows. I usually take my own and didn't for this one night stay. I would go back.

Birthday Weekend

Went to LC for my birthday weekend with a gal pal. Great to have the 2 separate beds/rooms. The rooms were immaculate. We didn't cook, but the kitchen appeared to be fairly well stocked. We would have had a beautiful view of the ocean, but the weather didn't cooperate - it was totally fogged in all weekend. The only issue we had was that the TV in the main room went on the fritz - but hey, who goes to the coast to watch TV! My only complaint is that there is not an elevator, but that's not the fault of the owner. Overall a very good experience.

We loved having a kitchen it was definitely nice on times we just wanted to stay put. The room was super nice and it was perfect for a simple get away. I however dont recommend staying if you stuggle sleeping with noises. They do mention that you can hear people who are staying in other rooms. Many of the nights i would get woke up or not be able to sleep because of those who were walking or something in a different room. Also some people that sat out on the beach late were loud and i was sleeping in the bed that was in the living room. Even though there was an ordinance it really didnt seem to matter. I understand vacations but when it after 11pm and your being loud outside rooms where other guest are at it kind of sucks. Other then the noises later in the even, i enjoyed staying

Unit 220

This unit is very nice. Well decorated, nice ocean view and spotlessly clean. I would have rated higher but my wife and I couldn't operate the shower. I couldn't find a knob, switch or handle to direct the water to the shower head. We did enjoy the unit with the exception of the shower. Rod Chace
