Summary:

304 at D Sands Condominiums is a privately owned family suite located on the top floor. Just 30 steps up, guests can enjoy stunning ocean views from this condo's balcony, and a stocked kitchen provides the basics for a night in. Guests can also explore the beach via the easy access staircase. With a bathtub for the kids, this condo sleeps up to 6 people on 3 queen beds: 2 in the bedroom and a murphy bed in the living room. The HOA also maintains a pool and spa that guests get access to.



The Space:

304 at D Sands Condominiums is a privately owned family suite located on the top floor. Just 30 steps up, guests can enjoy stunning ocean views from this condo's balcony, and a stocked kitchen provides the basics for a night in. Guests can also explore the beach via the easy access staircase. With a bathtub for the kids, this condo sleeps up to 6 people on 3 queen beds: 2 in the bedroom and a murphy bed in the living room. The HOA also maintains a pool and spa that guests get access to.



Guest Access:

The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. The indoor, heated salt water pool and hot tub can be accessed via a Pool Code on the North side of the Office building.



This is a 3rd floor unit, there are 28 steps required to access the unit.

Whether you're planning a trip to the beach, shopping areas, or local attractions, this service ensures a seamless and enjoyable exploration of our coastal town.



Other Things to Note:

This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility. The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.



Interaction with Guests:

D Sands Rentals manages all 63 privately owned beachfront condos. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day. We give you your space, but we’re available on-site if you need anything.

The view and location was great! However the unit smelled of urine and they did not have infant sleep options (crib or pack and play).

Fun and easy vacation

This was a very nice vacation spot. Very clean and great communication with property manager. Spectacular view and easy stairway access to the beach.

Cleanliness, ease of check in and out. Decent stocked kitchen though could have used a few more cereal/soup spoons (only 3) plus a kitchen sink strainer as it was hard to keep food out of the drain. View was awesome.We stayed in a pet friendly room, we had no pets. Impressed that there were on lingering pet orders or signs of pets staying in this room previously.Nice to have the pool and hot tub (button for jets was broke off, so no jetted hot tub)Convenient to restaurants, shopping and literally on the beach.

Perfect last minute getaway!

We decided to book a trip to the coast last minute due to a power outage. The D Sands Condo was exactly what we were looking for. Very affordable, great location and easy booking process. Upon arrival, late check-in was easy and the unit was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. We will definitely be booking here again!

Right on the beach!

This is a good location right on the beach but close to shops and food. It's a busy street and the building is older so just know that. We had a great, relaxing long weekend just staring at the ocean, walking the beach, and we even saw whales right of the shore in Depoe Bay!

Comfortable Room

The room was comfortable and clean. Beautiful view of the ocean. It was on the third floor. Unfortunate that the pool was closed during our stay.

We are sorry about the pool facilities being closed; while we help with day to day maintenance, we aren't responsible for major repairs and mandated closures. Despite that, we opened a tab at the local community center so that guests had an option to swim at our expense, because we agree that the closure was unfortunate for everyone involved. We are glad that you enjoyed the things we are responsible for though: a clean and comfortable condo to enjoy the beautiful ocean view. Beach access is awesome. Nice pool for the kiddos.

Liked, but the road noise at Bedroom was a bit loud. Would be really nice if there was a screen on the balcony door so you could leave open at night. Especially since we didn’t feel comfortable leaving bedroom windows open as walkway for others at that that level.

Quick response from manager You really need a cutting board and a better can opener At some point consider better windows on the street side to dampen traffic noise I would definitely rent here again

Not clean at all

There was trash on every surface, the counters has crumbs the stove was nasty. There were other peoples clothes hanging up, used soap in the shower, stuff all over the floor. Someone else’s ice in the fridge. It just wasn’t clean, we had to pretty much clean before we used anything because it just felt gross. I have pictures of it all I would post them here but it won’t let me. It made us scared of sleeping in the beds like maybe they weren’t clean, but only one pillow seemed dirty. Hopefully it was all clean. The view was beautiful. The balcony slanted which is kinda of sketch. Definitely not worth over $300 for 1 night that’s for sure.
