The property is nice and mostly clean. I thought I was booking a room with a king bed but instead it was a queen. We made it work. The view and access to the beach were first-rate. We did have people heading to and from the beach pass our room, but we didn't mind. Nor did it bother us that the water spigot to wash feet was adjacent to our patio. There is a curtain that can be pulled to create privacy. The property was nicely decorated and had a homey feel. The refrigerator does run a lot, even at night, so that may bother some people. The shower in the bathroom has some mildew around the base which was a little off putting. That would be the first place I'd recommend some clean-up.The beach access and views are what make this an excellent choice for someone who wants to people watch and to see the sunset which we didn't see. But that's not anyone's fault. It's often cloudy at the coast this time of year.

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to share such a detailed review! We’re glad you enjoyed the first-rate ocean views, easy beach access, and the homey feel of the condo. Our beachfront location is certainly one of the highlights, especially for enjoying the sunsets, watching the activity along the beach, and taking in the beautiful Oregon Coast. We appreciate you bringing the bed-size concern to our attention. We’ll review the listing details to ensure the sleeping accommodations are represented as accurately and clearly as possible. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the shower and refrigerator and will pass those comments along for consideration. We’re glad the foot-washing station and beach traffic near the patio weren’t disruptive during your stay, and that you found the privacy curtain helpful. Thank you again for choosing D Sands Rentals and for the thoughtful feedback. We hope to welcome you back for another coastal getaway—perhaps with a little more sunshine for that sunset next time!

Great view and easy access to beach

Excellent access and view with times we could see a whale/s, a seal, pelicans and of course plenty of sea gulls. The only real negative was a squeaking bed.

Bryan, we're so glad you had a 5-star experience in 108, Sea Clusion! You're right that this condo is literally steps away from the easy staircase to the beach, and because we're oceanfront, even the ground floor patio has the most gorgeous ocean view. Each condo is individually owned and unique, and Sea Clusion was also very recently remodeled, so we're so happy to hear you had everything you needed! We're also thrilled that our management team was extremely helpful to you and could answer your questions, and even if something is beyond our control, we're always happy to pass feedback and suggestions on to the condo's owner. Thank you again for the wonderful feedback. We really appreciate hearing from you, and we'd also love to see you again in the future!

The room was great. Very clean and had everything I needed for a long weekend. The property as a whole had trash all over the place. There were multiple dirty diapers and full bags of dog poop in front of the property as well as the back leading down to the beach.

Perfect for Ocean Watchers

My 89-year-old Mom and I sat and watched and listened to the waves most of the time. So fun watching the birds and watching people enjoy the water and sand. So many restaurants within a 5-minute drive. Even some within walking distance. The fold out sofa bed was easy and the mattress comfortable. The condo #108, was above our expectations.

Beautiful spot but had issues

The location cannot be beat—right on the beach! The interior has been updated, was clean and nicely decorated without lots of knickknacks and weird decor like some short term rentals. Odd assortment of pots and pans, and no large bowl like to mix a salad. Went here for a retreat to rejuvenate, but they were cleaning carpets in the rooms next to mine for all the days I was there. Also the beds are not good so I didn’t get much rest. Assuming you won’t have issues with carpet cleaning like me, but bring a queen size mattress topper unless you like sleeping on a board. Pull out sofa was like sleeping in a bowl with a big sag in the center. Management company was responsive but not helpful at all. Basically said sorry for your luck. If you can fix the bed issues then this spot is beautiful

Sundhara, thank you for your thoughtful feedback. We’re so glad you enjoyed our incredible beachfront location and appreciated the clean, updated interior and tasteful décor. We’re truly sorry your stay was impacted by carpet cleaning in neighboring units and that the beds didn’t provide the comfort you needed. It’s important to note that our property consists of 63 individually owned condos, and each owner has the ability to schedule maintenance or repairs in their units as needed. While we do our best to minimize disruptions, some maintenance activities are outside of our control. We also regret that our team’s response during your stay came across as unhelpful. Providing a supportive and solution-oriented experience is a priority for us, and we apologize for missing the mark. Your feedback about the cookware, mattress comfort, and pull-out sofa is appreciated, and we will share it with the unit’s owner for review. We hope you'll consider staying with us again and that your next visit will be the relaxing retreat you were hoping for.

Nice and clean Comfortable bed and bedding. Kitchen had everything I needed . Only complaint is loos e the hobby lobby table centerpiece with the 39.99 price tag. Tacky, fake and stop supporting a bigoted , racist company like hobby lobby.

Review of Room 108

The room was nice and clean, the kitchen was equipped well and the view was gorgeous. Room 108 is a four person room—we had three people. I did not like that it only had two chairs around the table when we had three people and it was a room for four people. The 3 of us were unable to eat together or play games around the table as we needed an additional chair. There also was only one extra bed pillow when two would have been nice. When I booked the room it's said that check out time was at noon but there was a note in the bathroom saying that checkout time was at 11 am which I thought was way too early. I would've really liked to have had that extra hour to make eat lunch in the room. I think the toilet needed a new flapper because I think that water was leaking out of the tank because toilet kept turning on and off with water running back into the tank. It drove us nuts.
