Floor-to-ceiling windows showcase this Tahoe Keys home’s waterfront location. Take-in the views from the hot tub on the back deck that look out toward Mount Tallac. Beautiful and clean kitchen, stainless appliances, granite countertops, and new flooring throughout. Enjoy the family-friendly great room layout with kitchen, dining, and living room on the first floor. Use the dock for water access: cruising near Lake Tahoe's shoreline with our kayak or your own boat or watercraft.

Our family is from both Northern and Southern California, and we have had homes in South Lake Tahoe since the 1940s. The Tahoe property we have listed has been in our family for over 30 years and we remodeled the majority of the home in 2017.

The Tahoe Keys is a premier neighborhood with lake access from our backyard via the network of inlets that compose the community. Not all Keys homes have lake access, but ours does. We also like the convenience to Hwy 50, the ski resorts nearby and shopping at the Hwy 50 interchange called the Y (not to be confused with the YMCA).

Our home was updated in the past 10 years, has access to the lake with a dock in the back, a hot tub with a view on the property itself (not just a part of the HOA amenities which are many if you choose to add-on that option) and it is close to Heavenly Valley as well as Sierra-at-Tahoe. For a waterfront Lake property, this one has it all.
We also do allow pets for an additional charge (typically 250/pet).
