This beautiful 1-bedroom condo is just steps to Old Town Scottsdale where you can find the best dining, entertainment and shopping in Arizona! 10 minute drive to Sky Harbor, Spring Training, Hiking and world class Golfing. Kick back and relax in our calm & stylish space, catch some sun by the pool or venture out to experience Old Town Scottsdale.
The space
This condo features a king bed, queen pull-out sofa, two smart TV's, fully stocked kitchen, separate workspace, fast 5G WiFi, one free parking spot and a supremely convenient location.
Guest access
Guests have access to entire Condo.
Other things to note
No loud parties or late night loud activity. Neighbors must be respected at all times.
Quiet hours are 10 PM nightly.
Absolutely no smoking in unit. $500 fine for any signs of smoking in unit or patio.
Ring camera on the front of the home for guest safety and security of the property. No cameras in home
License # 21458809
All dwelling units, including vacation rentals and short-term rentals shall have a maximum family size of 6 adults (and their related dependent children). City of Scottsdale License #2024306
